早期康复治疗对老年肺结核患者肺功能的影响

Influence of Early Rehabilitation Treatment on Pulmonary Function in Elderly Patients with Pulmonary Tuberculosis

目的探讨早期康复治疗在老年肺结核患者中的应用价值.方法选择2020年1月—2021年7月该院收治的78例老年肺结核患者为研究对象,按随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组39例.对照组采用常规治疗,观察组在对照组基础上采用早期康复治疗,均治疗6个月.对比分析两组肺功能、运动耐力、生活质量.结果治疗6个月后,观察组用力肺活量(FVC)、第1秒用力呼气容积(FEV_(1))、最大自主通气量、呼气峰值流速、FEV_(1)/FVC均优于对照组,生活质量综合评定问卷各维度评分均高于对照组,6 min步行试验距离长于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论早期康复治疗能够有效改善老年肺结核患者的肺功能,提升其运动耐力及生活质量,临床应用价值较高.

Objective To explore the application value of early rehabilitation treatment in elderly patients with pulmonary tuberculosis.Methods 78 elderly patients with pulmonary tuberculosis who were admitted to the hospital from January 2020 to July 2021 were selected as the research subjects,and divided into a control group and a observation group according to the random number table method,with 39 cases in each group.The control group was given routine treatment,and the observation group was given early rehabilitation treatment on the basis of the control group.Both groups were treated for 6 months.The lung function,exercise tolerance and quality of life were compared between the two groups.Results After 6months of treatment,the forced vital capacity(FVC),forced expiratory volume in one second(FEV_(1)),maximal voluntary ventilation,peak expiratory flow,and FEV_(1)/FVC of the observation group were better than those of the control group,the scores of each dimension of generic quality of life inventory-74 were higher than those of the control group,the 6 min walk test distance was longer than that of the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Early rehabilitation treatment can improve the lung function of elderly patients with pulmonary tuberculosis,improve their exercise tolerance and quality of life,and has high clinical application value.
