摘要
目的探讨生物反馈电刺激联合磁刺激治疗绝经后女性盆腔器官脱垂的临床效果.方法选取本院2019年1月—2021年8月收治的100例绝经后女性盆腔器官脱垂患者为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为研究组与对照组,每组50例.对照组进行盆底肌训练,研究组在此基础上采用生物反馈电刺激联合磁刺激治疗.比较两组患者的盆底肌力、盆腔器官脱垂分度、盆腔脏器位置、肛提肌裂孔面积及临床疗效.结果治疗后,研究组的盆底肌力优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).治疗后,研究组的盆腔器官脱垂分度等级低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).治疗后,研究组的膀胱颈距基线距离、宫颈外口距基线距离均长于对照组,且肛提肌裂孔面积小于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).研究组的治疗总有效率为94.00%,明显高于对照组的78.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论采用生物反馈电刺激联合磁刺激治疗绝经后女性盆腔器官脱垂的效果显著,可明显提高患者盆底肌力,减轻盆腔器官脱垂程度,改善盆腔脏器位置,减小肛提肌裂孔面积,提高临床疗效,值得推广与应用.
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of biofeedback electrical stimulation combined with magnetic stimulation on pelvic organ prolapse in postmenopausal women.Methods A total of 100 postmenopausal women with pelvic organ prolapse admitted to the hospital from January 2019 to August 2021 were selected as the research objects and were divided into a study group and a control group according to random number table method,with 50 cases in each group.The control group received pelvic floor muscle training,and the study group received biofeedback electrical stimulation combined with magnetic stimulation.The pelvic floor muscle strength,pelvic organ prolapse score,pelvic organ location,laceration area of levator ani muscle and clinical efficacy were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the pelvic floor muscle strength of the study group was better than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the grade of pelvic organ prolapse in the study group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the distance between bladder neck and baseline and the distance between external cervical orifice and baseline in the study group were longer than those in the control group,and the laceration area of levator ani muscle was smaller than that in the control group,the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of treatment of the study group was 94.00%,which was significantly higher than 78.00%of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Biofeedback electrical stimulation combined with magnetic stimulation has a significant effect on the treatment of postmenopausal women with pelvic organ prolapse,which can significantly improve the pelvic floor muscle strength,reduce the degree of pelvic organ prolapse,improve the location of pelvic organs,reduce the area of the levator ani hiatus,and improve the clinical efficacy,which is worthy of promotion and application.
