足部反射疗法护理对剖宫产产妇泌乳及产后舒适度的影响研究

Study on the Influence of Foot Reflexology Nursing on Lactation and Postpartum Comfort of Nursing Cesarean Section Women

目的探究在剖宫产产妇中实施足部反射疗法护理对泌乳及产后舒适度的影响.方法选择2019年12月—2021年12月于本院进行剖宫产的124例产妇,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,各62例.对照组给予产后常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上增加足部反射疗法护理,均持续护理3 d.比较两组产妇术后恢复情况、泌乳情况、舒适度及护理满意度.结果观察组首次肛门排气时间(12.82±2.76)h、泌乳始动时间(3.21±0.53)h均短于对照组,恶露量(10.38±1.90)mL少于对照组,宫底高度(11.42±2.37)cm低于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组产后3 d内泌乳量中等及以上比例95.16%高于对照组的80.65%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组护理后3 d舒适状况量表中生理评分(82.76±7.47)分、心理评分(75.29±7.14)分、社会文化评分(85.57±9.13)分和环境评分(84.48±5.68)分均高于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组护理满意度为95.16%,高于对照组的82.26%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论足部反射疗法护理能够有效促进剖宫产产妇乳汁分泌,缩短泌乳始动时间,提高产妇舒适度,加快术后恢复,获得更高的护理满意度,可于临床进一步推广.

Objective To explore the effect of foot reflexology nursing on lactation and postpartum comfort in cesarean section women.Methods A total of 124 puerperae who underwent cesarean section in the hospital from December 2019 to December 2021 were selected and divided into the control group and the observation group,with 62 cases in each group according to the random number table method.The control group was given routine postpartum nursing,and the observation group was given plantar reflexology nursing on the basis of the control group,and the nursings were continued for 3 days.The postoperative recovery,lactation,comfort and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results The first anal exhaust time(12.82±2.76)h and the lactation initiation time(3.21±0.53)h in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group,and the amount of lochia(10.38±1.90)mL was less than that in the control group,the height of the fundus(11.42±2.37)cm in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05);the proportion of moderate and above milk production in the observation group within 3 days after delivery was 95.16%,higher than 80.65%in the control group,the difference was statistically significant;the physical score(82.76±7.47)points,the psychological score(75.29±7.14)points,the sociocultural score(85.57±9.13)points and the environment score(84.48±5.68)points in comfort status scale in the observation group at 3 days after nursing were all higher than those in the control group,the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05);the nursing satisfaction of the observation group was 95.16%,which was higher than 82.26%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Foot reflexology nursing can effectively promote the milk secretion of cesarean section,shorten the lactation initiation time,improve maternal comfort,speed up postoperative recovery,and obtain higher nursing satisfaction,which can be further promoted in clinical practice.
