注射用灯盏花素联合康复训练在缺血性脑卒中患者中的应用研究

Application of Breviscapine for Injection Combined with Rehabilitation Training in Patients with Cerebral Ischemic Stroke

目的探讨注射用灯盏花素联合康复训练在缺血性脑卒中(CIS)患者中的应用效果.方法选取本院2019年1月—2021年10月收治的CIS患者82例为研究对象,按照随机数字表将其分为两组,每组41例.两组均采用常规对症治疗.在此基础上,对照组进行康复训练,研究组进行康复训练并采用注射用灯盏花素治疗.比较两组的临床疗效及治疗前后的简易精神状态检查量表(MMSE)评分、Barthel指数(BI)评分.结果研究组的总有效率92.68%高于对照组的75.61%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).治疗前,两组的MMSE及BI评分比较,组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,研究组的MMSE及BI评分均高于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论CIS患者采用注射用灯盏花素治疗配合康复训练,可有效促进神经功能恢复,强化认知功能,保障日常生活能力,具有临床推广价值.

Objective To investigate the effect of breviscapine injection combined with rehabilitation training in patients with cerebral ischemic stroke(CIS).Methods A total of 82 CIS patients admitted to the hospital from January 2019 to October 2021 were selected as the study subjects,and they were divided into two groups according to a random number table,with 41 patients in each group.Both groups received conventional symptomatic treatment.On this basis,the control group received rehabilitation training,and the study group received rehabilitation training and injection breviscapine treatment.The clinical efficacy,and the scores of mini-mental state examination(MMSE)and Barthel index(BI)before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the study group was 92.68%,which was higher than 75.61%of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there were no significant differences in MMSE and BI scores between the two groups(P>0.05);after treatment,the MMSE and BI scores in the study group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The treatment of CIS patients with breviscapine injection combined with rehabilitation training can effectively promote the recovery of neurological function,strengthen cognitive function,and ensure the ability of daily life,which has clinical promotion value.
