滋肾育胎丸联合戊酸雌二醇对女性卵巢早衰的临床疗效及雌激素水平的影响

Clinical Efficacy of Zishen Yutai Pill Combined with Estradiol Valerate on Women with Premature Ovarian Failure and the Effect of Estrogen Levels

目的探讨滋肾育胎丸联合戊酸雌二醇在卵巢早衰(POF)患者中的应用价值.方法选择2019年5月—2021年5月我院收治的84例POF患者,按随机数字表法分为两组,每组42例.对照组采用戊酸雌二醇治疗,研究组在对照组基础上加用滋肾育胎丸治疗,均连续治疗6个月.对比分析两组临床疗效、雌激素水平、阴道彩超指标水平.结果研究组治疗总有效率为95.24%,高于对照组的80.95%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).研究组治疗后血清雌二醇(114.82±10.12)pmol/L高于对照组,促卵泡激素、黄体生成素为(35.58±4.02)U/L、(30.56±3.12)U/L,均低于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).研究组治疗后子宫内膜厚度、子宫体积、卵巢体积分别为(0.67±0.11)cm、(26.45±2.88)cm^(3)、(2.68±0.39)cm^(3),均大于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论滋肾育胎丸联合戊酸雌二醇可有效调节POF患者机体雌激素水平,改善子宫及卵巢状态,临床应用价值较高.

Objective To explore the application value of Zishen Yutai Pill combined with estradiol valerate in patients with premature ovarian failure(POF).Methods A total of 84 POF patients admitted to our hospital from May 2019 to May 2021 were selected and divided into two groups according to the random number table method,with 42 cases in each group.The control group was treated with estradiol valerate,and the study group was additionally treated with Zishen Yutai Pills on the basis of the control group for 6 months.The clinical efficacy,estrogen levels,and vaginal color Doppler ultrasound indexes were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the study group was 95.24%,which was higher than 80.95%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the serum estradiol(114.82±10.12)pmol/L in the study group was higher than that in the control group,and the levels of follicle-stimulating hor-mone and luteinizing hormone were(35.58±4.02)U/L and(30.56±3.12)U/L,both lower than In the control group,the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the endometrial thickness,uterine volume,and ovarian volume in the study group were(0.67±0.11)cm,(26.45±2.88)cm^(3),and(2.68±0.39)cm^(3),which were all greater than those in the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Zishen Yutai Pills combined with estradiol valerate can effectively regulate the estrogen level in patients with POF,improve the uterus and ovarian status,and has high clinical application value.
