保妇康栓联合壳聚糖抗菌膜对宫颈上皮内瘤变行宫颈锥切术后患者恢复效果的影响

Effect of Baofukang Suppository Combined with Chitosan Antibacterial Membrane on the Recovery of Patients with Cervical Intraepithelial Neoplasia after Cervical Conization

目的探讨保妇康栓联合壳聚糖抗菌膜在宫颈上皮内瘤变(CIN)行宫颈锥切术患者中的应用效果.方法选取2019年6月—2021年4月我院收治的86例CIN患者,按随机数字表法分为两组,每组43例.两组患者均行宫颈锥切术,术后,对照组采用壳聚糖抗菌膜治疗,研究组在此基础上采用保妇康栓治疗.对比两组的创面愈合率、术后恢复情况、炎症因子水平及不良反应发生情况.结果研究组的创面愈合率为95.35%,高于对照组的79.07%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).研究组的创面愈合时间为(24.63±3.87)d、阴道排液时间为(9.70±1.43)d,均短于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).治疗后,研究组的白细胞介素-4、白细胞介素-10、肿瘤坏死因子-α水平均低于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).两组的不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).结论保妇康栓联合壳聚糖抗菌膜用于CIN宫颈锥切术患者中,能促进术后创面愈合,减少阴道排液,利于病情转归.

Objective To investigate the effect of Baofukang Suppository combined with chitosan antibacterial membrane in patients with cervical intraepithelial neoplasia(CIN)undergoing cervical conization.Methods A total of 86 cases of CIN patients admitted to our hospital from June 2019 to April 2021 were selected and divided into two groups according to random number table method,with 43 cases in each group.Both groups received cervical conectomy.After surgery,the control group was treated with chitosan antibacterial membrane,and the study group was treated with Baofukang Suppositories on this basis.The wound healing rate,postoperative recovery,inflammatory factor levels and adverse reactions of the two groups were com-pared.Results The wound healing rate of the study group was 95.35%,which was higher than 79.07%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The wound healing time of the study group was(24.63±3.87)d and the vaginal discharge time was(9.70±1.43)d,which were shorter than those of the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of interleukin-4,interleukin-10 and tumor necrosis factor-αin the study group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Baofukang Suppository combined with chitosan antibacterial membrane can promote postoperative wound healing and reduce vaginal discharge in patients with CIN cervical conectomy,which is beneficial to the outcome of the disease.
