平衡针灸联合中药熏蒸疗法对肩周炎患者肩关节功能及中医症候积分的影响

Effects of Balance Acupuncture Combined with Traditional Chinese Medicine Fumigation Therapy on Shoulder Joint Function and TCM Symptom Scores in Patients with Frozen Shoulder

目的探究平衡针灸联合中药熏蒸疗法对肩周炎患者肩关节功能及中医症候积分的影响.方法选取本院2020年2月—2021年4月收治的85例肩周炎患者为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组(42例)和观察组(43例).对照组采用平衡针灸疗法,观察组在对照组基础上加用中药熏蒸疗法,均持续治疗1个月.比较两组治疗效果、治疗前后的肩关节功能、中医症候积分以及不良反应发生情况.结果观察组治疗总有效率为97.67%,高于对照组的80.95%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).治疗前,两组各项肩关节功能评分、中医症候积分比较,组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,观察组疼痛、肩关节活动范围、肌力、日常生活能力及局部形态评分分别为(25.68±1.53)分、(20.42±1.20)分、(3.85±0.66)分、(26.45±3.73)分、(3.12±1.15)分,均高于对照组,中医症候积分为(2.16±0.11)分,低于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).两组治疗期间均未见不良反应.结论肩周炎患者采用平衡针灸联合中药熏蒸疗法治疗的临床效果确切,能够减轻患者的临床症状,促进肩关节功能恢复,且安全可靠.

Objective To explore the effect of balance acupuncture combined with traditional Chinese medicine fumigation therapy on shoulder joint function and TCM symptom scores in patients with frozen shoulder.Methods A total of 85 patients with frozen shoulder who were treated in our hospital from February 2020 to April 2021 were selected as the research objects,and divided into the control group(42 cases)and the observation group(43 cases)according to the random number table method.The control group received balance acupuncture therapy,while the observation group received traditional Chinese medicine fumigation therapy on the basis of the control group.Both groups continued to receive treatment for 1 month.The treatment effect,shoulder joint function,TCM symptom score before and after treatment and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 97.67%,which was higher than 80.95%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in the shoulder joint function scores and TCM symptom scores between the two groups(P>0.05);after treatment,the scores of pain,range of motion of shoulder joint,muscle strength,daily living ability and local morphology of observation group were(25.68±1.53)points,(20.42±1.20)points,(3.85±0.66)points,(26.45±3.73)points,(3.12±1.15)points,respectively,which were higher than those of the control group,the TCM symptom score was(2.16±0.11)points,which was lower than that of the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).There were no adverse reactions in the two groups during treatment.Conclusion The clinical effect of balance acupuncture combined with traditional Chinese medicine fumigation therapy in patients with frozen shoulder is definite,which can alleviate the clinical symptoms of patients,promote the recovery of shoulder joint function,and is safe and reliable.
