自拟益气养阴通脉汤联合西药治疗气阴两虚型胸痹的效果

Effect of Self-Designed Yiqi Yangyin Tongmai Decoction Combined with Western Medicine in Treating Chest Obstruction of Qi and Yin Deficiency

目的探讨自拟益气养阴通脉汤联合西药治疗气阴两虚型胸痹的效果.方法选取2019年2月—2021年2月该院收治的78例气阴两虚型胸痹患者为研究对象,按随机数字表法分为两组,每组39例.对照组采用常规西药治疗,观察组在此基础上采用自拟益气养阴通脉汤治疗,两组均持续治疗3个月.比较两组的临床疗效、心功能指标及不良反应.结果观察组的治疗总有效率为94.87%,高于对照组的79.49%,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).观察组治疗后的左室射血分数高于对照组,左室舒张末内径、左室收缩末内径均低于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).两组的不良反应发生率比较,组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).结论气阴两虚型胸痹采用自拟益气养阴通脉汤联合西药治疗,可提高治疗效果,加快心功能恢复,安全可靠.

Objective To investigate the effect of self-designed Yiqi Yangyin Tongmai Decoction combined with western medicine in the treatment of chest obstruction of Qi and Yin deficiency.Methods 78 patients with chest obstruction of Qi and Yin deficiency in this hospital from February 2019 to February 2021 were selected as the research objects,and were divided into two groups according to random number table method,with 39 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional western medicine,and the observation group was treated with self-designed Yiqi Yangyin Tongmai Decoction on this basis.Both groups were treated for 3 months.The clinical efficacy,cardiac function indexes and adverse reactions of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 94.87%,which was higher than 79.49%of the control group,the difference between groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).The left ventricular ejection fraction of the observation group after treatment was higher than that of the control group,the left ventricular end diastolic diameter and left ventricular end systolic diameter were lower than those of the control group,the differences between groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion It is safe and reliable to use self-designed Yiqi Yangyin Tongmai Decoction combined with western medicine to treat chest obstruction of Qi and Yin deficiency.
