半夏泻心汤联合放松训练对肿瘤患者化疗致胃肠道反应的影响

Effects of Banxia Xiexin Decoction Combined with Relaxation Training on Gastrointestinal Reactions Induced by Chemotherapy in Cancer Patients

目的探讨半夏泻心汤联合放松训练对肿瘤患者化疗致胃肠道反应的影响.方法选取2019年4月—2021年5月于该院接受化疗的肿瘤患者82例,采用随机数字表法分为两组,每组41例.对照组进行放松训练,观察组在此基础上采用半夏泻心汤治疗,均连续治疗3周.对两组的临床疗效、恶心呕吐分级、呕吐发生频次及生活质量进行评估.结果观察组的临床总有效率为95.12%,高于对照组的78.05%,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).观察组治疗后的恶心呕吐分级优于对照组,急性期、延迟期呕吐发生频次分别为(3.05±0.64)次、(3.16±0.49)次,均低于对照组的(4.72±0.86)次、(5.07±0.54)次,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).观察组治疗后的各项健康调查简表(SF-36)评分均高于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论采用半夏泻心汤联合放松训练治疗肿瘤患者化疗致胃肠道反应,可有效缓解恶心、呕吐症状,降低呕吐发生频次,提高患者生活质量.

Objective To investigate the effect of Banxia Xiexin Decoction combined with relaxation training on gastrointestinal reactions induced by chemotherapy in cancer patients.Methods A total of 82 cancer patients who received chemotherapy in this hospital from April 2019 to May 2021 were enrolled and divided into two groups by random number table method,with 41 cases in each group.The control group received relaxation training,and the observation group received Banxia Xiexin Decoction on this basis.Both groups were treated for 3 weeks.The clinical efficacy,grade of nausea and vomiting,frequency of vomiting and quality of life were evaluated in the two groups.Results The total clinical effective rate of observation group was 95.12%,which was higher than 78.05%of control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the grade of nausea and vomiting in the observation group was better than that in the control group,and the frequency of acute and delayed vomiting was(3.05±0.64)times and(3.16±0.49)times,respectively,which were lower than(4.72±0.86)times and(5.07±0.54)times in the control group,the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of the MOS item short from health survey(SF-36)were higher than those in the control group,the differences between groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Banxia Xiexin Decoction combined with relaxation training can effectively relieve the symptoms of nausea and vomiting,reduce the frequency of vomiting and improve the quality of life of patients with cancer.
