运动疗法对慢性肾脏病患者肾功能及疲劳程度的影响

Effect of Exercise Therapy on the Recovery of Renal Function and Fatigue Degree in Patients with Chronic Kidney Disease

目的探讨运动疗法在慢性肾脏病患者中的应用效果.方法选择2019年8月—2021年2月该院收治的84例慢性肾脏病患者,按随机数字表法分为两组,各42例.对照组接受常规治疗,观察组在此基础上加用运动疗法,两组均持续治疗3个月.对比两组治疗前后肾功能及疲劳程度.结果两组治疗前血肌酐(Scr)、血尿素氮(BUN)、24 h尿白蛋白水平及疲乏量表(FS-14)、疲劳严重程度量表(FSS)评分相比,组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).观察组治疗后Scr、BUN、24 h尿白蛋白水平均低于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).观察组治疗后FS-14、FSS评分均低于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论运动疗法在慢性肾脏病患者中具有较好的应用效果,能够有效改善患者肾功能,减轻其疲劳程度,促进预后.

Objective To explore the application effect of exercise therapy in patients with chronic kidney disease.Methods A total of 84 patients with chronic kidney disease admitted to our hospital from August 2019 to February 2021 were selected and divided into two groups according to the random number table method,with 42 cases in each group.The control group received conventional treatment,and the observation group received exercise therapy on this basis.Both groups continued to receive treatment for 3 months.The renal function and fatigue degree were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Results Serum creatinine(Scr),blood urea nitrogen(BUN),24-hour urine albumin level,fatigue scale(FS-14),and fatigue severity scale(FSS)scores were compared between the two groups before intervention,and the differences between the groups were not statistically significant(P>0.05).After intervention,the levels of Scr,BUN and 24 h urine albumin in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).After intervention,the FS-14 and FSS scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and the differencs between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Exercise therapy has a good application effect in patients with chronic kidney disease,which can effectively improve the renal function of patients,reduce their fatigue,and promote prognosis.
