复元活血汤联合三黄四物散外敷治疗糖尿病足的疗效分析

Efficacy Analysis of Fuyuan Huoxue Decoction Combined with External Application of Sanhuang Siwu Powder in the Treatment of Diabetic Foot

目的探讨复元活血汤联合三黄四物散外敷治疗糖尿病足的临床疗效.方法选取2019年11月—2021年3月我院收治的92例糖尿病足患者,采用随机摸球法分成A组(n=46)与B组(n=46).B组采用常规药物治疗,A组在B组基础上采用复元活血汤联合三黄四物散外敷治疗.对两组的临床疗效、溃疡状况、炎性因子水平进行比较.结果A组的治疗总有效率97.83%较B组的84.78%更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).治疗后,A组的创面pH、创面面积较B组更小,经皮氧分压较B组更高,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).治疗后,两组的白细胞介素-1、白细胞介素-6及肿瘤坏死因子-α水平明显降低,且A组的上述各项水平均低于B组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论复元活血汤联合三黄四物散外敷可提高糖尿病足的临床疗效,促进溃疡愈合,改善机体炎性因子水平.

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of Fuyuan Huoxue Decoction combined with external application of Sanhuang Siwu Powder in the treatment of diabetic foot.Methods A total of 92 diabetic foot patients admitted to our hospital from November 2019 to March 2021 were selected and randomly divided into group A(n=46)and group B(n=46)by touching the ball randomly.Group B was treated with conventional drugs,and group A was treated with Fuyuan Huoxue Decoction combined with external application of Sanhuang Siwu Powder on the basis of group B.The clinical efficacy,ulcer status and inflammatory factor levels were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment in group A was 97.83%higher than 84.78%in group B,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the wound pH and wound area of group A were smaller than those of group B,and the transcutaneous oxygen partial pressure was higher than that of group B,and the differences between groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of interleukin-1,interleukin-6 and tumor necrosis factor-αin the two groups were significantly decreased,and the levels of the above items in group A were lower than those in group B,and the differences between groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion External application of Fuyuan Huoxue Decoction combined with Sanhuang Siwu Powder can improve the clinical efficacy of diabetic foot,promote ulcer healing,and improve the level of inflammatory factors in the body.
