早期针灸联合康复训练对高血压脑出血偏瘫患者肢体功能的影响

Effects of Early Acupuncture Combined with Rehabilitation Training on Limb Function in Patients with Hypertensive Cerebral Hemorrhage and Hemiplegia

目的探讨早期针灸联合康复训练对高血压脑出血偏瘫患者肢体功能的影响.方法选取我院2019年4月—2021年4月收治的48例高血压脑出血偏瘫患者为研究对象,按照随机数表法分为观察组与对照组,每组24例.对照组采用常规康复训练,观察组采用早期针灸联合康复训练.对比两组患者的治疗效果,治疗前后的神经功能缺损程度(NDS)量表评分、功能综合评定(FCA)量表评分、简化Fugl-Meyer运动功能评定(FMA)量表评分及日常生活活动能力(ADL)量表评分.结果观察组的治疗总有效率明显较对照组高,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).治疗后,观察组患者的NDS评分(6.94±2.43)分低于对照组,FCA评分(78.34±6.31)分高于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).治疗后,观察组患者的ADL评分、FMA评分分别为(71.58±5.14)分、(66.72±6.24)分,均高于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论早期针灸联合康复训练能够减轻高血压脑出血偏瘫患者神经功能缺损程度,提升肢体运动功能和综合功能,进而提升患者的日常生活能力.

Objective To investigate the effect of early acupuncture combined with rehabilitation training on limb function in patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage and hemiplegia.Methods A total of 48 patients with hemiplegia with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage who were treated in our hospital from April 2019 to April 2021 were selected as the research objects,and divided into an observation group and a control group by random number table method,with 24 cases in each group.The control group was given routine rehabilitation training,while the observation group was given early acupuncture combined with rehabilitation training.The treatment effects of the two groups were compared,and the scores of neurological deficit score(NDS)scale,functional comprehensive score(FCA)scale,Fugl-Meyer assessment(FMA)scale score and activities of daily living(ADL)scale score before and after treatment were compared.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the NDS score(6.94±2.43)point in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the FCA score(78.34±6.31)point in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the ADL score and FMA score of the observation group were(71.58±5.14)points and(66.72±6.24)points respectively,which were higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Early acupuncture combined with rehabilitation training can reduce the degree of neurological deficit in patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage and hemiplegia,improve the motor function and comprehensive function of the limbs,and then improve the patients'daily life ability.
