针灸、推拿联合康复疗法对脑梗死后神经功能恢复及生活质量的影响

Effects of Acupuncture and Massage Combined with Rehabilitation Therapy on Neurological Function Recovery and Quality of Life After Cerebral Infarction

目的研究针灸、推拿联合康复疗法对脑梗死后神经功能恢复及生活质量的影响.方法选取2018年6月—2021年2月本院收治的80例脑梗死恢复期患者为研究对象,随机分为对照组和治疗组,每组40例.对照组采用针灸治疗,治疗组采用针灸、推拿联合康复治疗.对比两组的神经功能、生活活动能力及生活质量.结果治疗前,两组的美国国立卫生研究院卒中量表(NIHSS)、Barthel指数(BI)评分对比,组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗30、60 d后,治疗组的NIHSS评分低于对照组,BI评分高于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).治疗前,两组的简明36项健康状况调查问卷(SF-36)评分对比,组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗60 d后,治疗组的生理职能、躯体疼痛、总体健康、活力、社会功能、情感职能、精神健康评分均高于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论针灸、推拿联合康复疗法治疗脑梗死的效果理想,可恢复患者的神经功能,提高其生活质量.

Objective To study the effects of acupuncture and massage combined with rehabilitation therapy on neurological function recovery and quality of life after cerebral infarction.Methods A total of 80 patients with cerebral infarction in the convalescent period admitted to this hospital from June 2018 to February 2021 were selected as the research objects,and they were randomly divided into a control group and a treatment group,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with acupuncture,while the treatment group was treated with acupuncture and massage combined with rehabilitation.The neurological function,activity ability and quality of life of the two groups were compared.Results Before treatment,there were no significant differences between the two groups in the National Institutes of health stroke scale(NIHSS)and Barthel index(BI)scores(P>0.05);after 30 and 60 days of treatment,the NIHSS score of the treatment group were lower than those of the control group,and the BI score of the treatment group were higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,the Short Form 36 Health Survey(SF-36)scores of the two groups were compared,and there was no significant difference(P>0.05);after 60 days of treatment,the physical function,physical pain,overall health,vitality,social function,emotional function,and mental health scores of the treatment group were all higher than those of the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Acupuncture and massage combined with rehabilitation therapy has ideal effect in the treatment of cerebral infarction,which can restore the patient's neurological function and improve their quality of life.
