针灸联合电针刺激对重度颅脑损伤合并意识障碍气管切开患者的预后研究

Prognosis Study of Acupuncture Combined with Electroacupuncture Stimulation in Patients with Severe Craniocerebral Injury Complicated with Disturbance of Consciousness and Tracheotomy

目的探究针灸联合电针刺激对重度颅脑损伤合并意识障碍气管切开患者的预后影响.方法选取该院2019年1月—2021年4月收治的86例重度颅脑损伤合并意识障碍气管切开患者为研究对象,以随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,每组43例.对照组采用常规治疗,观察组在对照组基础上采用针灸联合电针刺激.比较两组的临床疗效.结果治疗前,两组的痰鸣音积分比较,组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗14 d后,观察组的痰鸣音积分(0.45±0.18)分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).治疗前,两组的格拉斯哥昏迷评分(GCS)、美国国立卫生研究院卒中量表(NIHSS)评分比较,组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗7、14 d后,观察组的GCS评分高于对照组,NIHSS评分低于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论针灸联合电针刺激可快速改善重度颅脑损伤合并意识障碍患者痰鸣音症状,恢复意识状态及神经功能,效果显著.

Objective To explore the effect of acupuncture combined with electroacupuncture stimulation on the prognosis of tracheotomy patients with severe craniocerebral injury and disturbance of consciousness.Methods A total of 86 patients with severe craniocerebral injury and tracheotomy with disturbance of consciousness who were treated in our hospital from January 2019 to April 2021 were selected as the research objects,and divided into the control group and the observation group by random number table method,with 43 cases in each group.The control group received conventional treatment,while the observation group received acupuncture combined with electroacupuncture stimulation on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy of the two groups was compared.Results Before treatment,there was no significant difference in the score of phlegm sound between the two groups(P>0.05);after 14 days of treatment,the score of phlegm sound in the observation group(0.45±0.18)points was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant meaning(P<0.05).Before treatment,there were no significant differences in Glasgow Coma Scale(GCS)and National Institutes of Health stroke scale(NIHSS)between the two groups(P>0.05);after 7 and 14 days of treatment,the GCS score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the NIHSS score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Acupuncture combined with electroacupuncture stimulation can rapidly improve the symptoms of phlegm sounds in patients with severe craniocerebral injury complicated with disturbance of consciousness,restore the state of consciousness and neurological function,with significant effects.
