互联网感视知觉训练在斜视术后患儿康复护理中的应用

摘要 目的探讨互联网感视知觉训练在斜视术后患儿康复护理中的应用效果.方法选择2019年11月—2020年11月在我院接受治疗的140例斜视患儿作为研究对象,采用随机数表法分为观察组与对照组,各70例.所有患儿均接受斜视矫正术治疗,观察组术后采取互联网感视知觉训练,对照组采取同视机训练,均干预6个月.比较两组训练效果及训练前后立体视锐度情况及视功能情况.结果训练6个月后,观察组总有效率88.57%高于对照组的70.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).训练6个月后,两组周边立体视、黄斑立体视、黄斑中心凹立体视患儿例数均多于训练前,无立体视少于训练前,且观察组周边立体视、黄斑立体视、黄斑中心凹立体视患儿例数均多于对照组,无立体视少于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).训练6个月后,两组同时视、融合功能、立体视患儿例数均多于训练前,无同时视患儿例数少于干预前,且观察组同时视、融合功能、立体视患儿例数均高于对照组,无同时视患儿例数少于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论斜视术后患儿行互联网感视知觉训练,可促进患儿双眼视功能的重建,提高手术效果. Objective To explore the application effect of Internet sensory perception training in rehabilitation nursing of children after strabismus surgery.Methods 140 children with strabismus who were treated in our hospital from November 2019 to November 2020 were selected as the research objects,and divided into an observation group and a control group by random number table method,with 70 cases in each group.All the children received strabismus correction surgery,the observation group received Internet sensory perception training after surgery,and the control group received synoptic training,both of which were intervened for 6 months.The training effect,stereoscopic acuity and visual function before and after training were compared between the two groups.Results After 6 months of training,the total effective rate of the observation group 88.57%was higher than that of the control group,70.00%,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After 6 months of training,the number of children with peripheral stereopsis,macular stereopsis,and foveal stereopsis in the two groups were more than those before training,and no stereopsis was less than before training,and the number of children with peripheral stereopsis,macular stereopsis,and foveal stereopsis in the observation group were more than those in the control group,and no stereopsis was less than that in the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).After 6 months of training,the number of children with simultaneous vision,fusion function,and stereopsis in the two groups were more than those before training,and the number of children without simultaneous vision was less than before the intervention,and the number of children with simultaneous vision,fusion function,and stereopsis in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the number of children without simultaneous vision was less than that in the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Internet sensory perception training in children after strabismus surgery can promote the reconstruction of children's binocular vision and improve the effect of surgery.
