前庭康复训练在突发性耳聋伴眩晕患者中的应用效果分析

Analysis of the Application Effect of Vestibular Rehabilitation Training in Patients with Sudden Deafness and Vertigo

目的探讨前庭康复训练在突发性耳聋伴眩晕患者中的应用效果.方法选取2018年4月—2020年4月该院收治的100例突发性耳聋伴眩晕患者作为研究对象,按随机数表法分为两组,各50例.对照组采用常规治疗,研究组在对照组基础上增加前庭康复训练,均持续治疗2周.对比两组治疗前后的眩晕程度、听力水平及生活质量.结果治疗前,两组眩晕程度、听力水平比较,组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,研究组眩晕残障程度评定量表评分与听阈值分别为(20.41±3.44)分、(28.43±3.51)dB,均低于对照组的(26.73±3.50)分、(35.62±4.45)dB,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).治疗前,两组生活质量比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,研究组世界卫生组织生活质量测定量表简表中的生理、社会、心理、环境评分分别为(75.18±6.40)分、(73.04±6.22)分、(77.52±5.17)分、(72.15±5.90)分,均高于对照组的(64.28±6.11)分、(65.46±5.49)分、(70.21±5.65)分、(64.52±6.04)分,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论前庭康复训练能改善突发性耳聋伴眩晕患者的眩晕症状与听力水平,提高其生活质量.

Objective To explore the application effect of vestibular rehabilitation training in patients with sudden deafness and vertigo.Methods 100 patients with sudden deafness and vertigo who were treated in the hospital from April 2018 to April 2020 were selected as the research objects,and divided into two groups according to the random number table method,with 50 cases in each group.The control group received conventional treatment,while the study group received vestibular rehabilitation training on the basis of the control group.Both groups continued to receive treatment for 2 weeks.The degree of vertigo,hearing level and quality of life were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Results Before treatment,there was no statistically significant difference in the degree of vertigo and hearing level between the two groups(P>0.05);after treatment,the dizziness handicap inventory score and hearing threshold of the study group were(20.41±3.44)points and(28.43±3.51)dB,respectively,which were lower than(26.73±3.50)points and(35.62±4.45)dB of the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no statistically significant difference in the quality of life between the two groups(P>0.05);after treatment,the physical,social,psychological and environmental scores in the the world health organization quality of life brief questionnaire of the experimental group were(75.18±6.40)points,(73.04±6.22)points,(77.52±5.17)points,and(72.15±5.90)points,respectively,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Vestibular rehabilitation training can improve the vertigo symptoms and hearing level of patients with sudden deafness and vertigo,and improve their quality of life.
