摘要
目的探讨高压氧康复治疗在重症缺血性脑卒中(severe ischemic stroke,sIS)患者中的应用效果.方法选择2018年1月—2020年12月该院收治的sIS患者60例,按随机数表法分为两组,每组30例.对照组采用常规治疗,研究组在此基础上采用高压氧治疗,均持续治疗30 d.比较两组治疗前后的血清降钙素原(procalcitonin,PCT)、C-反应蛋白(C-reactive protein,CRP)、胱抑素C(Cystatin C,CysC)、全血黏度高切、纤维蛋白原、血浆黏度及美国国立卫生研究院卒中量表(national institute of health stroke scale,NIHSS)评分.结果治疗后,研究组的血清PCT、CRP、CysC指标水平均低于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).治疗后,研究组的全血黏度高切、纤维蛋白原、血浆黏度指标水平及NIHSS评分均低于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论高压氧康复治疗能有效降低sIS患者的血液黏度与PCT、CRP、CysC水平,有利于快速改善其神经功能,值得临床使用.
Objective To investigate the effect of hyperbaric oxygen rehabilitation in patients with severe ischemic stroke(sIS).Methods 60 sIS patients admitted to the hospital from January 2018 to December 2020 were selected and divided into two groups according to random number table method,with 30 patients in each group.The control group received conventional treatment,and the study group received hyperbaric oxygen treatment,which lasted for 30 d.The procalcitonin(PCT),C-reactive protein(CRP)and Cystatin C(CysC),whole blood viscosity hypershear,fibrinogen,plasma viscosity and national institute of health stroke scale(NIHSS)score were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Results After treatment,the levels of serum PCT,CRP and CysC in the study group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of whole blood viscosity hypershear,fibrinogen,plasma viscosity and the NIHSS score in the study group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Hyperbaric oxygen rehabilitation therapy can effectively reduce the blood viscosity and the levels of PCT,CRP and CysC in sIS patients,which is conducive to the rapid improvement of their neurological function,and is worthy of clinical use.
