手术室整体护理对乳腺癌手术患者心理状态及疾病不确定感的影响

Influence of Holistic Nursing in Operating Room on Psychological State and Disease Uncertainty in Patients with Breast Cancer Surgery

目的探究手术室整体护理对乳腺癌手术患者心理状态及疾病不确定感的影响.方法选择2018年6月—2020年6月该院收治的乳腺癌手术患者80例作为研究对象,采用随机数表法分为两组,每组40例.对照组采用常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上采用手术室整体护理.比较两组患者护理前后的心理状态、疾病不确定感、睡眠质量及护理满意度.结果护理前,两组心理状态、疾病不确定感、睡眠质量比较,组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后,观察组抑郁自评量表和焦虑自评量表评分分别为(40.11±3.15)分、(35.41±3.70)分,均低于对照组,Mishel疾病不确定感成人量表中不明确性、复杂性、信息缺乏及不可预测评分分别为(27.25±2.40)分、(19.15±2.06)分、(16.31±1.57)分、(11.13±1.85)分,均低于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).观察组护理满意度为92.00%,高于对照组的80.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).护理后,观察组患者匹兹堡睡眠质量指数量表各维度评分均低于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论手术室整体护理模式可有效减轻乳腺癌手术患者的负性情绪,降低其疾病不确定感,提高其睡眠质量,患者护理满意度高,值得临床应用.

Objective To explore the effect of holistic nursing in the operating room on the psychological state and disease uncertainty of breast cancer patients.Methods 80 breast cancer surgery patients admitted to the hospital from June 2018 to June 2020 were selected as the research objects,and divided into two groups by random number table method,with 40 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing,while the observation group received holistic nursing in the operating room on the basis of the control group.The psychological state,disease uncertainty,sleep quality and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups before and after nursing.Results Before nursing,there was no statistically significant difference between the two groups in terms of psychological state,disease uncertainty,and sleep quality(P>0.05);after nursing,the scores of self-rating depression scale and self-rating anxiety scale of the observation group were(40.11±3.15)points and(35.41±3.70)points,respectively,which were lower than those of the control group,the scores of ambiguity,complexity,lack of information,and unpredictability in Mishel uncertainty in illness scale for adults were(27.25±2.40)points,(19.15±2.06)points,(16.31±1.57)points,and(11.13±1.85)points,respectively,which were lower than those of the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was 92.00%,which was higher than 80.00%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After nursing,the Pittsburgh sleep quality index scores of each dimension in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the difference between the groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The holistic nursing model in the operating room can effectively reduce the negative emotions of breast cancer patients,reduce their uncertainty of the disease,improve their sleep quality,and have high patient nursing satisfaction,which is worthy of clinical application.
