磷酸奥司他韦颗粒治疗儿童流感的临床效果

Clinical Effect of Oseltamivir Phosphate Granules in the Treatment of Influenza in Children

目的探讨磷酸奥司他韦颗粒治疗儿童流行性感冒(流感)的疗效.方法选择2017年6月—2018年12月我院收治的80例流感患儿,按照随机数表法将其分为对照组和观察组,各40例.对照组采用常规药物进行治疗,观察组在对照组基础上增加磷酸奥司他韦颗粒治疗.比较两组患儿用药后的不良反应发生率、临床病症消失时间和治疗总有效率.结果观察组和对照组的不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组咳嗽、鼻塞、发烧及咽喉肿痛消失时间均短于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗总有效率97.50%高于对照组的75.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论磷酸奥司他韦颗粒可加快流感患儿临床病症的消失时间,明显提高治疗效果,且安全性高.

Objective To investigate the efficacy of oseltamivir phosphate granules in the treatment of influenza in children.Methods 80 children with influenza who were treated in our hospital from June 2017 to December 2018 were selected and divided into the control group and the observation group according to the random number table method,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional drugs,and the observation group was additionally treated with oseltamivir phosphate granules on the basis of the control group.The incidence of adverse reactions,the disappearance time of clinical symptoms and the total effective rate of treatment were compared between the two groups of children.Results There was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the observation group and the control group(P>0.05);the disappearance time of cough,nasal congestion,fever and sore throat in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group,the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05);the total effective rate of the observation group was 97.50%,higher than 75.00%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Oseltamivir phosphate granule can speed up the disappearance time of clinical symptoms in children with influenza,significantly improve the treatment effect,and has high safety.
