针刺联合穴位贴敷对危重症合并胃肠功能障碍患者胃肠功能恢复的影响研究

Study on the Effect of Acupuncture Combined with Acupoint Application on the Recovery of Gastrointestinal Function in Critically Ill Patients with Gastrointestinal Dysfunction

目的探究针刺联合穴位贴敷对危重症合并胃肠功能障碍患者胃肠功能恢复的影响.方法选取该院2020年3月—2021年6月收治的94例危重症合并胃肠功能障碍患者为研究对象,按照随机数表法分为对照组和观察组,每组47例.两组患者均接受常规对症治疗,在此基础上,对照组采用常规干预,观察组在对照组基础上采用针刺联合穴位贴敷干预,均持续干预1周.比较两组干预前后胃肠功能障碍分级情况、胃肠功能恢复情况、并发症发生情况以及护理满意度.结果干预前,两组胃肠功能障碍分级情况比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后,观察组胃肠功能障碍分级情况优于对照组,肛门排气时间、肠鸣音恢复时间、肛门排便时间分别为(28.14±4.29)h、(11.44±1.34)h、(33.41±3.90)h,均短于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).观察组并发症发生率为4.26%,低于对照组的17.02%,护理满意度为93.62%,高于对照组的76.60%,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论针刺联合穴位贴敷能够有效减轻危重症合并胃肠功能障碍患者的胃肠功能障碍症状,促进胃肠功能恢复,减少并发症发生,提高护理满意度,可于临床进一步推广.

Objective To explore the effect of acupuncture combined with acupoint application on the recovery of gastrointestinal function in critically ill patients with gastrointestinal dysfunction.Methods 94 critically ill patients with gastrointestinal dysfunction who were admitted to the hospital from March 2020 to June 2021 were selected as the research objects,and divided into the control group and the observation group according to the random number table method,with 47 cases in each group.Both groups of patients received critically ill corresponding treatment.On this basis,the control group received routine intervention,and the observation group received acupuncture combined with acupoint application intervention on the basis of the control group.Both groups continued to receive intervention for 1 week.The grading of gastrointestinal dysfunction before and after the intervention,the recovery of gastrointestinal function,the incidence of complications and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results Before intervention,there was no statistically significant difference in the grading of gastrointestinal dysfunction between the two groups(P>0.05);after the intervention,the grading of gastrointestinal dysfunction in the observation group was better than that in the control group,the anal exhaust time,bowel sound recovery time and anal defecation time in the observation group were(28.14±4.29)h,(11.44±1.34)h,and(33.41±3.90)h respectively,which were all shorter than those in the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group was 4.26%,which was lower than 17.02%in the control group,and the nursing satisfaction was 93.62%,which was higher than 76.60%in the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Acupuncture combined with acupoint application can effectively relieve the symptoms of gastrointestinal dysfunction in critically ill patients with gastrointestinal dysfunction,promote the recovery of gastrointestinal function,reduce the occurrence of complications,and improve nursing satisfaction,which can be further promoted in clinical practice.
