中药硬膏热贴敷联合西药治疗老年骨质疏松症腰背痛的效果评价

Efficacy Evaluation of Traditional Chinese Medicine Plaster Hot Plaster Combined with Western Medicine in the Treatment of Low Back Pain in Senile Osteoporosis

目的探讨中药硬膏热贴敷联合西药治疗老年骨质疏松症腰背痛的临床效果.方法选择2020年7月—2021年6月该院收治的96例老年骨质疏松症腰背痛患者,按照随机数表法分为观察组与对照组,各48例.对照组给予西药治疗,观察组在对照组基础上给予中药硬膏热贴敷.治疗2周后,采用视觉模拟评分评价两组患者腰背痛程度,采用中国人骨质疏松症专用生存质量量表评价两组患者生活质量,比较两组患者临床疗效.结果治疗2周后,观察组静息痛、前屈后伸痛、翻身痛视觉模拟评分均明显低于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组中国人骨质疏松症专用生存质量量表评分明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组总有效率89.58%明显高于对照组的68.75%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论中药硬膏热贴敷联合西药治疗可有效缓解老年骨质疏松症腰背痛患者腰背痛程度,改善生活质量,提高临床疗效.

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of traditional Chinese medicine plaster hot plaster combined with western medicine in the treatment of low back pain in senile osteoporosis.Methods 96 elderly patients with low back pain in osteoporosis who were admitted to the hospital from July 2020 to June 2021 were selected and divided into an observation group and a control group according to the random number table method,with 48 cases in each group.The control group was given western medicine treatment,and the observation group was given traditional Chinese medicine plasters hot plaster on the basis of the control group.After 2 weeks of treatment,the visual analogue scale score was used to evaluate the degree of low back pain in the two groups,and the Chinese osteoporosis special quality of life scale was used to evaluate the quality of life of the two groups,and the clinical efficacy of the two groups was compared.Results After 2 weeks of treatment,the visual analogue scale scores of rest pain,flexion and extension pain,and turning pain in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05);the Chinese osteoporosis special quality of life scale score in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the group was 89.58%,which was significantly higher than 68.75%of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Traditional Chinese medicine plaster hot plaster combined with western medicine can effectively relieve the pain degree of low back pain in elderly patients with low back pain in osteoporosis,improve the quality of life,and improve the clinical efficacy.
