低频脉冲理疗联合中医按摩对产后缺乳产妇乳汁分泌的影响研究

Study on the Effects of Low Frequency Pulse Physiotherapy Combined with Traditional Chinese Medicine Massage on Milk Secretion in Maternity with Postpartum Hypogalactia

目的探讨低频脉冲理疗联合中医按摩对产后缺乳产妇乳汁分泌的影响.方法选取该院2017年10月—2021年6月收治的98例产后缺乳产妇,按随机数表法分为两组,各49例.对照组采用低频脉冲理疗,观察组在对照组基础上采用中医按摩,均持续治疗3d.比较两组治疗效果、产后泌乳情况、血清泌乳素水平以及乳房胀痛程度.结果观察组治疗总有效率为95.92%,高于对照组的83.67%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).两组治疗前产后泌乳情况、血清泌乳素水平以及乳房胀痛程度比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组治疗后乳房充盈程度评分(2.27±0.26)分、泌乳量评分(2.29±0.27)分、血清泌乳素水平(280.57±22.43)μg/L,均高于对照组的(1.76±0.23)分、(1.90±0.25)分、(248.94±22.37)μg/L,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).观察组治疗后乳房胀痛程度轻于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论低频脉冲理疗联合中医按摩能促进产后缺乳产妇乳汁分泌,减轻乳房胀痛程度,提高临床疗效.

Objective To investigate the effect of low frequency pulse physiotherapy combined with traditional Chinese medicine massage on milk secretion in maternity with postpartum hypogalactia.Methods 98 maternities with postpartum hypogalactia admitted to the hospital from October 2017 to June 2021 were selected,and divided into two groups according to the random number table method,with 49 cases in each group.The control group received low-frequency pulse physiotherapy,and the observation group received traditional Chinese medicine massage on the basis of the control group,and the treatment continued for 3 d.The treatment effect,postpartum lactation status,serum prolactin level and degree of breast tenderness were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 95.92%,which was higher than 83.67%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,the postpartum lactation status,serum prolactin level and the degree of breast tenderness were compared between the two groups,and the differences were not statistically significant(P>0.05);after treatment,the breast filling degree score of the observation group was(2.27±0.26)points,the milk production score was(2.29±0.27)points,and the serum prolactin level was(280.57±22.43)μg/L,which were higher than(1.76±0.23)points,(1.90±0.25)points,(248.94±22.37)μg/L of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the degree of breast pain in the observation group was lighter than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Lowfrequency pulse physiotherapy combined with traditional Chinese medicine massage can promote the secretion of milk in maternity with postpartum hypogalactia,reduce the degree of breast pain,and improve clinical efficacy.
