支持性心理治疗在慢性精神分裂症患者中的应用效果研究

Study on the Application Effect of Supportive Psychotherapy in Patients with Chronic Schizophrenia

目的探讨支持性心理治疗在慢性精神分裂症患者中的应用效果.方法选择2019年12月—2021年4月该院收治的86例慢性精神分裂症患者为研究对象,按随机数字表法分为两组,每组43例.两组均接受常规药物治疗,在此基础上,对照组采用常规心理疏导,研究组采用支持性心理治疗.两组均治疗8周.对比两组临床疗效、治疗前后精神症状及焦虑、抑郁情绪.结果研究组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).治疗后,研究组阳性与阴性症状量表中阴性症状、阳性症状、一般精神病理症状评分及焦虑自评量表评分、抑郁自评量表评分均低于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论支持性心理治疗能够有效改善慢性精神分裂症患者的精神症状,缓解其焦虑、抑郁情绪,增强临床疗效.

Objective To explore the application effect of supportive psychotherapy in patients with chronic schizophrenia.Methods A total of 86 patients with chronic schizophrenia who were admitted to the hospital from December 2019 to April 2021 were selected as the research objects,and divided into two groups according to the random number table method,with 43 cases in each group.Both groups received conventional drug treatment,on this basis,the control group received conventional psychological counseling,and the study group received supportive psychotherapy.Both groups were treated for 8 weeks.The clinical efficacy,mental symptoms,anxiety and depression before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the study group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the negative symptoms,positive symptoms,general psychopathological symptom scores in the positive and negative syndrome scale,self-rating anxiety scale scores,and self-rating depression scale scores in the study group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Supportive psychotherapy can effectively improve the mental symptoms of patients with chronic schizophrenia,relieve their anxiety and depression,and enhance clinical efficacy.
