兰索拉唑联合凝血酶与奥曲肽三联治疗ICU重症并发上消化道出血患者的临床效果观察

Clinical Observation of Lansoprazole Combined with Thrombin and Octreotide Triple Therapy in ICU Patients with Severe Upper Gastrointestinal Bleeding

目的探讨兰索拉唑联合凝血酶与奥曲肽三联治疗ICU重症并发上消化道出血患者的临床效果.方法选取我院2020年6月—2021年6月收治的ICU重症并发上消化道出血患者100例为研究对象,将患者随机分为两组.对照组50例采用兰索拉唑联合凝血酶治疗,观察组50例采用兰索拉唑联合凝血酶与奥曲肽三联治疗.对比两组的治疗效果.结果观察组的治疗总有效率96.00%明显高于对照组的80.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).观察组患者止血时间、住院时间均短于对照组,出血量少于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).两组患者不良反应发生率对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).结论兰索拉唑联合凝血酶与奥曲肽三联疗法在ICU重症并发上消化道出血患者中的效果确切,且用药安全性较高,值得临床推广.

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of lansoprazole combined with thrombin and octreotide triple therapy in ICU patients with severe upper gastrointestinal bleeding.Methods A total of 100 patients with severe ICU complicated with upper gastrointestinal bleeding admitted to our hospital from June 2020 to June 2021 were selected as the research objects,and the patients were randomly divided into two groups.Fifty patients in the control group were treated with lansoprazole combined with thrombin,and 50 patients in the observation group were treated with triple therapy of lansoprazole combined with thrombin and octreotide.The treatment effects of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 96.00%,which was significantly higher than 80.00%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The hemostasis time and hospitalization time of the observation group were shorter than those of the control group,and the amount of bleeding was less than that of the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Lansoprazole combined with thrombin and octreotide triple therapy has exact effect in ICU patients with severe upper gastrointestinal bleeding,and the drug safety is high,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
