康复护理在小儿髋关节发育不良治疗中的应用效果

Effect of Rehabilitation Nursing in the Treatment of Hip Dysplasia in Children

目的探讨康复护理在儿童髋关节发育不良治疗中的应用效果.方法选取本院2017年8月—2021年2月收治的104例髋关节发育不良患儿为研究对象,患儿均接受股骨近端与骨盆三联截骨术治疗,按不同护理方法将其分为对照组及观察组,将采用常规护理的52例患儿纳入对照组,将在此基础上采用康复护理的52例患儿纳入观察组.分析两组干预前后的Harris髋关节功能评分、并发症发生率及患儿家属对护理的满意度.结果干预后,观察组患儿Harris髋关节功能评分中的疼痛、功能、畸形、活动度评分分别为(33.47±5.68)分、(38.41±6.25)分、(2.94±0.51)分、(3.97±0.75)分,均高于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).观察组的并发症总发生率为5.77%,低于对照组的19.23%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).观察组的护理满意度为92.31%,高于对照组的76.92%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论在接受股骨近端与骨盆三联截骨术治疗的髋关节发育不良患儿中实施康复护理,可促进其髋关节功能恢复,降低并发症发生率,提高患儿家属对护理工作的满意度,值得临床推广使用.

Objective To explore the effect of rehabilitation nursing in the treatment of hip dysplasia in children.Methods 104 children with hip dysplasia admitted to the hospital from August 2017 to February 2021 were selected as the research objects.All the children received triple osteotomy of proximal femur and pelvis,and were divided into a control group and an observation group according to different nursing methods.52 cases of children with routine nursing were included in the control group,and 52 cases of children with rehabilitation nursing on this basis were included in the observation group.The Harris hip function score before and after intervention,complication rate and nursing satisfaction of family members were analyzed.Results After intervention,the Harris hip function scores of pain,function,deformity and range of motion in the observation group were(33.47±5.68)points,(38.41±6.25)points,(2.94±0.51)points and(3.97±0.75)points,respectively,higher than those in the control group,the differences between groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total incidence of complications in the observation group was 5.77%,lower than 19.23%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was 92.31%,higher than 76.92%of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of rehabilitation nursing in children with hip dysplasia treated by triple osteotomy of proximal femur and pelvis can promote the recovery of hip function,reduce the incidence of complications,and improve the satisfaction of children's family members with nursing work,which is worthy of clinical application.
