阶段性康复护理对手外伤患者术后功能恢复及并发症发生率的影响

Effect of Phased Rehabilitation Nursing on Postoperative Functional Recovery and Complication Rate of Patients with Hand Trauma

目的研究阶段性康复护理对手外伤患者术后功能恢复及并发症发生率的影响.方法选取本院2019年8月—2020年8月收治的手外伤患者108例为研究对象,根据随机数字表法将其分为两组.对照组54例接受常规护理,观察组54例在此基础上接受阶段性康复护理.比较两组的护理效果.结果观察组患者护理后的肩屈曲、肩外展活动度分别为(144.73±7.08)°、(156.91±7.54)°,均大于对照组,肘关节屈曲、腕关节掌屈背伸活动度分别为(95.80±3.16)°、(92.36±3.00)°,均小于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).观察组护理后的疼痛评分为(1.02±0.22)分、并发症发生率为3.70%,均低于对照组,手功能评分为(85.31±9.03)分、术后恢复优良率为94.44%,均高于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).观察组的抗菌药物使用时间为(6.34±1.08)d、愈合时间为(10.07±1.89)d、住院时间为(12.15±2.01)d,均明显短于对照组,护理满意度为96.30%,高于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论手外伤患者采用阶段性康复护理能够更好地促进手功能恢复,降低并发症发生率,缩短住院时间,患者护理满意度高,值得临床推广使用.

Objective To study the effect of phased rehabilitation nursing on postoperative functional recovery and complication rate of patients with hand trauma.Methods A total of 108 patients with hand trauma admitted to our hospital from August 2019 to August 2020 were selected as the research objects,and they were divided into two groups according to the random number table method.54 cases in the control group received routine nursing,and 54 cases in the observation group received periodic rehabilitation nursing on this basis.The nursing effects of the two groups was compared.Results After nursing,the shoulder flexion and shoulder abduction range of motion in the observation group were(144.73±7.08)°and(156.91±7.54)°,respectively,higher than those in the control group,the elbow flexion and wrist metacarpal flexion and dorsiflexion range of motion were(95.80±3.16)°and(92.36±3.00)°,respectively,lower than those in the control group,the differences between groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).After nursing,the pain score of the observation group was(1.02±0.22)points,the incidence of complications was 3.70%,both lower than those of the control group,the hand function score was(85.31±9.03)points,the excellent and good rate of postoperative recovery was 94.44%,both higher than those of the control group,the differences between groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).The duration of antibiotics use,healing time and hospital stay in the observation group were(6.34±1.08)d,(10.07±1.89)d and(12.15±2.01)d,respectively,which were significantly shorter than those in the control group,and the nursing satisfaction was 96.30%,which was higher than that in the control group,and the differences between groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The use of phased rehabilitation nursing for hand trauma patients can better promote the recovery of hand function,reduce the incidence of complications,shorten the length of hospital stay,patients with high nursing satisfaction,worthy of clinical application.
