毫火针治疗颈源性头痛50例临床疗效观察

Observation on the Clinical Effect of Filiform Fire Needle in the Treatment of 50 Cases of Cervicogenic Headache

目的分析颈源性头痛患者采用毫火针治疗的临床效果.方法将本院于2019年1月—2020年11月收治的100例颈源性头痛患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,每组50例.对照组患者采用常规针刺治疗,观察组患者采用毫火针治疗.比较两组患者临床疗效、治疗前后疼痛视觉模拟评分(VAS)、头痛发作频率以及头痛持续时间.结果相比对照组,观察组患者总有效率明显更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).两组患者治疗前VAS评分、头痛发作频率以及头痛持续时间比较,组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,相比对照组,观察组患者VAS评分及头痛发作频率明显更低,头痛持续时间明显更短,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论颈源性头痛患者采用毫火针治疗,可明显提高临床疗效,有效减轻患者头痛程度,降低头痛发作频率,缩短头痛持续时间,值得临床广泛应用.

Objective To analyze the clinical effect of filiform fire needle in patients with cervicogenic headache.Methods A total of 100 patients with cervicogenic headache who were treated in the hospital from January 2019 to November 2020 were selected as the research objects,and they were divided into an observation group and a control group according to the random number table method,with 50 cases in each group.The patients in the control group were treated with conventional needle,and the patients in the observation group were treated with filiform fire needle.The clinical efficacy,visual analogue scale(VAS)of pain,frequency of headache attacks and duration of headache before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results Compared with the control group,the total effective rate of patients in the observation group was significantly higher,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The VAS score,frequency of headache attacks and duration of headache were compared between the two groups before treatment,and the differences between the groups were not statistically significant(P>0.05);after treatment,compared with the control group,the VAS score and the frequency of headache attacks in the observation group were significantly lower,the duration of headache was significantly shorter,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The treatment of cervicogenic headache patients with filiform fire needle can significantly improve the clinical efficacy,effectively reduce the degree of headache,reduce the frequency of headache attacks,and shorten the duration of headache,which is worthy of wide clinical application.
