低频电刺激疗法结合康复训练对脊髓损伤神经源性膀胱功能障碍患者康复效果的影响

Effect of Low-Frequency Electrical Stimulation Therapy Combined with Rehabilitation Training on the Rehabilitation Effect of Neurogenic Bladder Dysfunction Patients with Spinal Cord Injury

摘要 目的探讨低频电刺激疗法结合康复训练对脊髓损伤神经源性膀胱功能障碍患者康复效果的影响.方法选取2017年6月—2021年6月该院收治的40例脊髓损伤神经源性膀胱功能障碍患者,按照随机数字表法分为观察组20例与对照组20例.对照组采取康复训练治疗,观察组在对照组基础上增加低频电刺激疗法,为期4周.比较两组治疗效果、排尿次数、残余尿量、膀胱容量及膀胱功能.结果观察组治疗总有效率为95.00%,高于对照组的65.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).治疗前,两组排尿次数、残余尿量、膀胱容量、膀胱功能评分比较,组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,观察组膀胱容量、排尿次数分别为(430.21±37.59)mL、(5.33±0.88)次/d,均多于对照组,残余尿量为(80.12±29.07)mL,少于对照组,膀胱功能评分为(1.24±0.15)分,低于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论在脊髓损伤神经源性膀胱功能障碍患者中应用低频电刺激疗法结合康复训练治疗效果确切,可有效改善膀胱功能,促进排尿. Objective To investigate the effect of low-frequency electrical stimulation therapy and rehabilitation training on rehabilitation effect in neurogenic bladder dysfunction patients with spinal cord injury.Methods 40 neurogenic bladder dysfunction patients with spinal cord injury from June 2017 to June 2021 were selected and divided into 20 cases in an observation groups and 20 cases in a control groups according to the randomized digital table method.The control group took rehabilitation training treatment,and the observation group added low-frequency electrical stimulation therapy on the basis of the control group,with both interventions for 4 weeks.The treatment effect,urination frequency,residual urine volume,bladder capacity and bladder function were compared between the two groups.Results The total efficiencyrate of the observation group was 95.00%,higher than 65.00%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in urination frequency,residual urine volume,bladder capacity and bladder function score between the two groups(P>0.05);after treatment,the bladder capacity and urination frequency in the observation group were(430.21±37.59)mL,(5.33±0.88)times/d,all more than those in the control group,and the residual urine volume was(80.12±29.07)mL,less than the control group,bladder function score was(1.24±0.15)points,lower than the control group,the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of low-frequency electrical stimulation therapy combined with rehabilitation training in neurogenic bladder dysfunction patients with spinal cord injury is exactly effective,which can effectively improve bladder function and promote urination.
