早期提肛肌训练对环状混合痔患者PPH术后康复的效果

Effect of Early Levator Ani Muscle Training on the Rehabilitation of Patients with Circumferential Mixed Hemorrhoids after PPH

目的探析早期提肛肌训练对环状混合痔患者吻合器痔上黏膜环切术(PPH)术后康复的效果.方法选取本院2019年1—12月收治的100例环状混合痔患者为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为研究组与对照组,每组50例.两组均行PPH,对照组采用常规护理,研究组采用早期提肛肌训练联合常规护理,均干预至患者出院.比较两组患者的疼痛视觉模拟评分(VAS)、术后恢复情况及并发症发生情况.结果干预后,两组患者的VAS评分均降低,且研究组的(2.35±0.87)分明显低于对照组的(3.21±0.98)分,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).研究组的排便后出血时间、切口愈合时间、住院时间均短于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).干预期间,两组的并发症发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).结论早期提肛肌训练可降低环状混合痔患者PPH术后的疼痛程度,缩短术后恢复时间及住院时间,且不会提高并发症发生率,安全性较好.

Objective To explore the effect of early levator ani muscle training on postoperative rehabilitation of patients with annular mixed hemorrhoids after procedure for prolapse and hemorrhoids(PPH).Methods A total of 100 patients with annular mixed hemorrhoids admitted to the hospital from January to December 2019 were selected as the research objects and were divided into a research group and a control group according to random number table method,with 50 patients in each group.PPH was performed in both groups,routine nursing was used in the control group and early levator ani muscle training combined with routine nursing was used in the research group.Both groups were treated until discharge.The pain visual analogue scale(VAS)scores,postoperative recovery indexes and complications were compared between the two groups.Results After intervention,the VAS scores in both groups decreased,and the score of the study group was(2.35±0.87)points,which was significantly lower than(3.21±0.98)points of the control group,the difference between the groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).The bleeding time after defecation,incision healing time and hospital stay time in the study group were shorter than those in the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).During the intervention period,there was no significant difference in the incidence of complications between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Early levator ani muscle training can reduce the pain degree,shorten the postoperative recovery time and hospital stay of patients with annular mixed hemorrhoids after PPH,and does not increase the incidence of complications,with good safety.
