计算机言语疾病矫治训练在脑卒中并发失语症患者中的应用效果

Application Effect of Computer Speech Disease Correction Training in Stroke Patients with Aphasia

目的探讨计算机言语疾病矫治训练在脑卒中并发失语症患者中的应用效果.方法选取2020年1月—2021年6月本院康复医学科收治的脑卒中并发失语症患者50例,按照随机编号法分为两组,各25例.观察组给予计算机言语疾病矫治训练,对照组给予常规言语康复训练,干预4周为1个疗程,共1个疗程.比较两组的汉语标准失语症检查量表(CRRCAE)评分和临床疗效.结果干预后,两组CRRCAE中口语表达、听理解、复述、阅读、计算、书写评分均高于干预前,且观察组CRRCAE中口语表达、听理解、复述、阅读、计算、书写评分均高于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).观察组的总有效率为96.00%,高于对照组的76.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论计算机言语疾病矫治训练用于脑卒中并发失语症患者中可以进一步改善患者言语功能,提高临床疗效.

Objective To explore the application effect of computer speech disease correction training in stroke patients with aphasia.Methods 50 patients with stroke complicated with aphasia treated in Department of Rehabilitation of the hospitalfrom January 2020 to June 2021 were selected and divided into two groupsaccording to the random numbering method,with 25 cases in each group.The observation group was given computer speech disease correction training,and the control group was given routine speech rehabilitation training.The intervention for 4 weeks was a course of treatment,andboth groups receiveda total of 1 coursesof treatment.The Chinese Rehabilitation Research Center aphasia examination(CRRCAE)score and clinical efficacy were compared between the two groups.Results After the intervention,the scores of oral expression,listening comprehension,retelling,reading,calculation and writing in the CRRCAE of the two groups were higher than those before the intervention,and the scores of oral expression,listening comprehension,retelling,reading,calculation and writingin the CRRCAE in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the observation group was 96.00%,which was higher than 76.00%of the control group,and the differencewas statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Computer speech disease correction training for stroke patients with aphasia can further improve speech function of patients and clinical effect.
