磺达肝葵钠在骨科膝关节置换术后预防深静脉血栓形成的临床效果研究

Clinical Effect of Fondaparinux Sodium on the Prevention of Deep Vein Thrombosis after Total Knee Arthroplasty

目的探讨骨科膝关节置换术(TKA)后使用磺达肝葵钠(安卓)进行抗凝治疗的效果.方法选择2019年3月—2021年3月在我院骨科接受TKA治疗的200例患者,按随机数字表法分为A组和B组,各100例.A组给予低分子肝素钠(LMWH)预防血栓,B组给予安卓预防血栓.对比两组的失血情况、血栓发生情况、出血并发症.结果B组的总失血量、隐形失血量均少于A组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).两组的DVT、肺栓塞发生率比较,组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).B组的出血并发症发生率4.00%低于A组的12.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论在TKA术后应用安卓或LMWH均可有效预防血栓发生,但安卓在减少失血及出血相关并发症方面更具优势.

Objective To investigate the effect of anticoagulation with fondaparinux sodium(Android)after total knee arthroplasty(TKA).Methods A total of 200 patients who received TKA treatment in the Department of Orthopedics of our hospital from March 2019 to March 2021 were selected and divided into group A and group B according to the random number table method,with 100 cases in each.Group A was given low molecular weight heparin sodium(LMWH)to prevent thrombosis,and group B was given Android to prevent thrombosis.The blood loss,thrombosis,and bleeding complications were compared between the two groups.Results The total blood loss and invisible blood loss in group B were less than those in group A,and the differences between groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of DVT and pulmonary embolism between the two groups(P>0.05).The incidence of bleeding complications in group B was 4.00%,which was lower than 12.00%in group A,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of android or LMWH after TKA can effectively prevent thrombosis,but android has more advantages in reducing blood loss and bleeding-related complications.
