盐酸西替利嗪联合孟鲁斯特钠治疗慢性荨麻疹的临床疗效分析

Analysis of Clinical Efficacy of Cetirizine Hydrochloride Combined with Montelukast Sodium in the Treatment of Chronic Urticaria

目的探究慢性荨麻疹患者采用盐酸西替利嗪联合孟鲁斯特钠治疗的临床疗效.方法选取2018年1月—2020年1月本院收治的80例慢性荨麻疹患者作为研究对象,通过随机数表法分为试验组和对照组,每组40例.对照组患者单纯采用盐酸西替利嗪治疗,试验组在对照组基础上联合采用孟鲁斯特钠治疗.对比两组患者治疗效果、随访6个月复发情况、治疗前后免疫功能指标以及不良反应发生情况.结果试验组患者治疗总有效率92.50%较对照组的75.00%更高,随访6个月复发率10.00%较对照组的42.50%更低,白细胞介素-4、免疫球蛋白E均明显低于对照组,干扰素-γ高于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).两组患者在治疗期间均未产生严重的嗜睡、乏力、口干、胃肠道不适等不良反应.结论盐酸西替利嗪联合孟鲁斯特钠治疗慢性荨麻疹患者的疗效明显优于单纯盐酸西替利嗪治疗,能够明显降低疾病复发率,提升患者免疫功能,且安全性较高,值得临床进一步推广适用.

Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of cetirizine hydrochloride combined with montelukast sodium in the treatment of patients with chronic urticaria.Methods A total of 80 patients with chronic urticaria who were admitted to our hospital from January 2018 to January 2020 were selected as the research objects,and divided into an experimental group and a control group by random number table method,with 40 cases in each group.The patients in the control group were treated with cetirizine hydrochloride alone,and the patients in the experimental group were treated with montelukast sodium combined on the basis of the control group.The treatment effect,recurrence after 6-month follow-up,immune function indicators before and after treatment and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of patients in the experimental group was 92.50%,which was higher than 75.00%in the control group,the recurrence rate of the patients in the experimental group was 10.00%during the 6-month follow-up,which was lower than 42.50%in the control group,interleukin-4 and immunoglobulin E were significantly lower than those in the control group,and interferon-γwas higher than that in the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).There were no adverse reactions such as severe drowsiness,fatigue,dry mouth,and gastrointestinal discomfort during the treatment period in both groups.Conclusion The efficacy of cetirizine hydrochloride combined with montelukast sodium in the treatment of patients with chronic urticaria is significantly better than that of cetirizine hydrochloride alone,which can significantly reduce the disease recurrence rate,improve the immune function of patients,and has high safety,which is worthy of further clinical application.
