品质链护理结合冰沙混合液冷敷对扁桃体切除术患者术后疼痛、创面愈合及出血程度的影响

Effect of Quality Chain Nursing Combined with Cold Compress of Smoothie Mixture on Postoperative Pain, Wound Healing and Bleeding in Patients Undergoing Tonsillectomy

目的探讨品质链护理结合冰沙混合液冷敷在扁桃体切除术患者中的应用价值.方法选择2018年6月—2021年5月沿河土家族自治县人民医院收治的扁桃体切除术患者78例,按随机数字表法分为对照组39例和观察组39例.对照组予以常规护理结合常规冷敷处理,观察组给予品质链护理结合冰沙混合液冷敷,两组均观察至患者创面愈合.对比分析两组术后疼痛情况、负性情绪、创面愈合及出血程度.结果观察组术后各时间点视觉模拟评分均低于对照组,且护理后焦虑自评量表、抑郁自评量表评分均低于对照组,假膜形成及创面愈合时间均短于对照组,术后出血程度轻于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论品质链护理结合冰沙混合液冷敷能够有效改善扁桃体切除术患者不良情绪,减轻患者术后疼痛,减少术后出血量,促进创面愈合,促使患者术后尽早恢复,值得临床推广应用.

Objective To explore the application value of quality chain nursing combined with cold compress of smoothie mixture in patients undergoing tonsillectomy.Methods 78 patients undergoing tonsillectomy who were admitted to Yanhe Tujia Autonomous County People's Hospital from June 2018 to May 2021 were selected and divided into 39 cases in a control group and 39 cases in an observation group according to the random number table method.The control group was treated with routine nursing combined with routine cold compress,while the observation group was treated with quality chain nursing combined with cold compress with smoothie mixture,and both groups were observed until the wounds healed.The postoperative pain,negative emotion,wound healing and bleeding degree of the two groups were compared and analyzed.Results The scores of visual analogue scale at each time point after operation in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the scores of self rating anxiety scale and self rating depression scale after nursing were lower than those in the control group,and the time of pseudomembrane formation and wound healing in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group,and the degree of postoperative bleeding was lighter than that in the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Quality chain nursing combined with cold compress of smoothie mixture can effectively improve the bad mood of patients undergoing tonsillectomy,reduce postoperative pain,reduce postoperative bleeding,promote wound healing and recover patients as soon as possible.It is worthy of clinical application.
