微脉冲激光光凝联合卵磷脂络合碘治疗中心性浆液性脉络膜视网膜病变效果观察

Observation on Effect of Micro Pulse Laser Photocoagulation Combined with Lecithin Complex Iodine in the Treatment of Central Serous Chorioretinopathy

目的探讨微脉冲激光(SML)光凝联合卵磷脂络合碘治疗中心性浆液性脉络膜视网膜病变(CSC)的效果.方法选择2020年1月—2021年7月该院收治的CSC患者68例(68眼),按随机数字表法分为对照组34例(34眼)和观察组34例(34眼).对照组采用577 nm阈值下SML治疗,观察组在对照组基础上加用卵磷脂络合碘治疗.治疗前、治疗4周后,比较两组患者最佳矫正视力(BCVA)、黄斑中心厚度(CMT)、光敏感度、临床疗效,记录并发症发生情况.结果治疗前,两组BCVA、CMT、光敏感度比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗4周后,两组BCVA、光敏感度均高于治疗前,CMT低于治疗前,且观察组BCVA、光敏感度均高于对照组,CMT低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).结论SML联合卵磷脂络合碘治疗CSC疗效确切,能有效改善患者视力,缓解临床症状,且具有一定安全性.

Objective To investigate the effect of micro pulse laser(SML)photocoagulation combined with lecithin complex iodine in the treatment of central serous chorioretinopathy(CSC).Methods 68 patients(68 eyes)with CSC treated in the hospital from January 2020 to July 2021 were selected and divided into 34 cases(34 eyes)in the control group and 34 cases(34 eyes)in the observation group according to random number table method.The control group was treated with SML under the threshold of 577 nm,and the observation group was treated with lecithin complex iodine on the basis of the control group.Before treatment and after 4 weeks of treatment,the best corrected visual acuity(BCVA),central macular thickness(CMT),photosensitivity and clinical efficacy of the two groups were compared,and the complications were recorded.Results Before treatment,there was no significant difference in BCVA,CMT and photosensitivity between the two groups(P>0.05);after 4 weeks of treatment,BCVA and photosensitivity in the two groups were higher than before treatment,CMT was lower than before treatment,and BCVA and photosensitivity in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and CMT was lower than that in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total treatment effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion SML combined with lecithin complex iodine is effective in the treatment of CSC,which can effectively improve patients'visual acuity and alleviate clinical symptoms,and has a certain safety.
