阶段性功能锻炼对腰间盘突出术后的效果研究

Study on the Effect of Staged Functional Exercise on Postoperative Lumbar Disc Herniation

目的探讨阶段性功能锻炼对腰间盘突出术后的应用效果.方法选取2018年1月—2019年10月该院骨科收治的90例腰间盘突出术后患者为研究对象,按照随机数表法分为对照组与研究组,每组45例.对照组进行常规护理康复,研究组进行阶段性功能锻炼.比较两组患者的腰椎功能、腰腿痛程度、直腿抬高试验角度及生存质量评分,并记录两组患者并发症发生情况.结果术后3个月,研究组的日本骨科协会评估治疗分数量表评分、直腿抬高试验角度均大于对照组,疼痛视觉模拟评分法评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).术后6个月,研究组的生存质量测定量表简表评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).研究组的并发症发生率2.22%低于对照组的17.78%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论阶段性功能锻炼有助于改善腰间盘突出患者术后的腰椎功能,缓解腰腿疼痛,提高患者生存质量.

Objective To explore the effect of staged functional exercise on postoperative lumbar disc herniation.Methods A total of 90 patients with postoperative lumbar disc herniation who were admitted to the Department of Orthopedics in the hospital from January 2018 to October 2019 were selected as the study objects,and divided into a control group and a study group according to the random number table method,with 45 cases in each group.The control group received routine rehabilitation nursing,while the study group received staged functional exercise.The lumbar spine function,the degree of low back and leg pain,the angle of the straight leg raising test and the quality of life score were compared between the two groups,and the incidence of complications in the two groups was recorded.Results At 3 months after operation,the Japanese Orthopaedic Association Assessment(JOA)score and straight leg raising test angle in the study group were greater than in the control group,and the pain visual analogue scale score was lower than in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).At 6 months after operation,the quality of life short form score in the study group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the study group was 2.22%lower than that in the control group,which was 17.78%,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Staged functional exercise can help improve the postoperative lumbar function of patients with lumbar disc herniation,relieve waist and leg pain,and improve the quality of life of patients.
