引导式教育结合康复训练对脑瘫患儿运动功能及日常生活活动能力的影响 被引量:1

Effects of Guided Education Combined with Rehabilitation Training on Motor Function and Activities of Daily Living in Children with Cerebral Palsy

摘要 目的探究引导式教育结合康复训练对脑瘫患儿运动功能及日常生活活动能力的影响.方法选取该院2020年3月—2021年2月收治的84例脑瘫患儿为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组42例和观察组42例.对照组接受康复训练,观察组在对照组基础上接受引导式教育,干预时间均为3个月.比较两组干预前后粗大运动功能、日常生活活动能力、智力水平及生活质量.结果干预前,两组粗大运动功能、日常生活活动能力、智力水平及生活质量比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后,与对照组相比,观察组卧位与翻身、爬与跪、坐位、行走与跑跳及站立位评分均较高,日常生活活动能力评分较高,应人、言语、动作、应物及精细动作评分均较高,生理、情感、社会及角色功能评分均较高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论引导式教育结合康复训练可以有效改善脑瘫患儿的运动功能及智力水平,提高其日常生活活动能力,促进其生活质量改善. Objective To explore the effect of guided education combined with rehabilitation training on motor function and activities of daily living in children with cerebral palsy.Methods A total of 84 children with cerebral palsy who were treated in the hospital from March 2020 to February 2021 were selected as the research objects,and divided into a control group of 42 cases and an observation group of 42 cases according to the random number table method.The control group received rehabilitation training,and the observation group received guided education on the basis of the control group,and the intervention time was 3 months.The gross motor function,activities of daily living,intelligence level and quality of life were compared between the two groups before and after the intervention.Results Before the intervention,there was no statistically significant difference in gross motor function,activities of daily living,intelligence level and quality of life(P>0.05);after the intervention,compared with the control group,the scores of lying position and turning over,crawling and kneeling,sitting position,walking and running and jumping,and standing position in the observation group were all higher,activities of daily living scores were higher,response to people,speech,movement,response to objects and fine motor scores were higher,physical,emotional,social and role function scores were higher,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Guided education combined with rehabilitation training can effectively improve the motor function and intelligence level of children with cerebral palsy,improve their activities of daily living,and promote the improvement of their quality of life.
