热敏灸联合温灸针"合谷刺法"对肩周炎患者肩关节活动度及疼痛的影响

Effect of Heat-Sensitive Moxibustion Combined with Warm Moxibustion Needle"Hegu Acupuncture"on Shoulder Joint Range of Motion and Pain in Patients with Scapulohumeral Periarthritis

目的探讨热敏灸联合温灸针"合谷刺法"在肩周炎患者中的应用价值.方法选择2019年4月—2021年4月该院收治的肩周炎患者92例为研究对象,按随机数字表法分为两组,每组46例.对照组采用热敏灸治疗,观察组采用热敏灸联合温灸针"合谷刺法"治疗.对比两组临床疗效、肩关节活动度、疼痛程度.结果观察组治疗总有效率为95.65%,高于对照组的80.43%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗前,两组肩关节前屈、外展、内旋、外旋活动度及疼痛程度相比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,观察组肩关节前屈、外展、内旋、外旋活动度大于对照组,疼痛程度低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论热敏灸联合温灸针"合谷刺法"能够有效提高肩周炎患者肩关节活动度,减轻患者疼痛,增强临床疗效,临床应用价值高.

Objective To explore the application value of heat-sensitive moxibustion combined with warm moxibustion needle"Hegu acupuncture"in patients with scapulohumeral periarthritis.Methods A total of 92 patients with scapulohumeral periarthritis who were admitted to the hospital from April 2019 to April 2021 were selected as the study objects,and divided into two groups according to the random number table method,with 46 cases in each group.The control group was treated with heat-sensitive moxibustion,and the observation group was treated with heat-sensitive moxibustion combined with warm moxibustion needle"Hegu acupuncture".The clinical efficacy,range of motion of shoulder joint and pain degree were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 95.65%,which was higher than 80.43%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there were no statistically significant differences between the two groups in shoulder flexion,abduction,internal rotation,external rotation range of motion and pain degree between the two groups(P>0.05);after treatment,the range of motion of shoulder joint forward flexion,abduction,internal rotation and external rotation in the observation group was greater than that in the control group,and the pain degree was less than that in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Heat-sensitive moxibustion combined with warm-moxibustion needle"Hegu acupuncture"can effectively improve the range of motion of shoulder joint in patients with scapulohumeral periarthritis,relieve pain,enhance clinical efficacy,and has high clinical application value.
