综合康复护理对脑卒中偏瘫患者生活质量及自理能力的影响研究

Study on the Effect of Comprehensive Rehabilitation Nursing on the Quality of Life and Self-Care Ability of Stroke Patients with Hemiplegia

目的浅析综合康复护理对脑卒中偏瘫患者生活质量及自理能力的影响.方法选取该院2019年1月—2020年12月收治的40例脑卒中偏瘫患者为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将其分为两组,每组20例.乙组采用常规康复护理,甲组在此基础上采用综合康复护理,比较两组的护理效果.结果护理前,两组患者的生活质量评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后,两组患者的各项生活质量评分均高于护理前,且甲组各项评分均高于乙组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).护理前,两组患者的自理能力评分及肢体功能评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后,两组患者的各项评分均高于护理前,且甲组各项评分均高于乙组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).甲组的护理总满意度为95.00%,高于乙组的70.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论脑卒中偏瘫患者采用综合康复护理,可提高患者生活质量与自理能力,改善患者肢体功能,患者对护理服务的满意度较高,值得临床推广使用.

Objective To analyze the effect of comprehensive rehabilitation nursing on the quality of life and self-care ability of stroke hemiplegic patients.Methods 40 cases of stroke hemiplegic patients admitted to the hospital from January 2019 to December 2020 were selected for the study,and they were divided into two groups using the random number table method,with 20 cases in each group.Group B used conventional rehabilitation nursing,and group A used comprehensive rehabilitation nursing on this basis.The nursing effects of the two groups were compared.Results Before nursing,there were no statistically significant differences between the quality of life scores of the two groups(P>0.05);after nursing,the quality of life scores of patients in both groups were higher than those before nursing,and the scores in group A were higher than those in group B,the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Before nursing,there were no statistically significant differences in the self-care ability score and limb function score between the two groups(P>0.05);after nursing,all scores of patients in both groups were higher than those before nursing,and all scores in group A were higher than those in group B,the differences between groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total satisfaction rate of group A was 95.00%,which was higher than that 70.00%of group B,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The use of comprehensive rehabilitation nursing for stroke hemiplegic patients can improve patients'quality of life and selfcare ability,improve patients'limb function,and patients'satisfaction with nursing services is high,which is worthy of clinical promotion and use.
