阶段性康复护理干预对手外伤术后患者关节活动度及并发症发生率的影响

Effect of Stage Rehabilitation Nursing Intervention on Joint Range of Motion and the Incidence of Complications of Patients with Hand Traumatic after Surgery

目的探讨在手外伤术后患者护理中应用阶段性康复护理干预对其关节活动度及并发症发生率的影响.方法选取该院2020年1—12月收治的82例手外伤术后患者,按照随机数字表法分为试验组(41例)与对照组(41例).对照组采用常规护理干预,试验组采用阶段性康复护理干预.对比两组疼痛视觉模拟评分(visual analogue scale,VAS)、简易世界卫生组织生活质量测定量表评分、手指关节活动度、指功能、并发症发生情况.结果术后1、3、5、7 d,试验组VAS评分均明显低于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).干预后,试验组的手指关节主动活动度、手指关节被动活动度、手指总主动活动度均较对照组更大,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).干预后,相对于对照组,试验组的心理、生理、社会、环境评分均显著较高,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).试验组的并发症发生率为7.32%,较对照组的26.84%低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论阶段性康复护理干预可缓解手外伤患者的术后疼痛症状,提高其术后关节活动能力与生活质量,降低术后并发症风险.

Objective To explore the effect of applying staged rehabilitation nursing intervention on the joint range of motion and the incidence of complications in the nursing of patients with hand trauma after surgery.Methods The 82 postoperative patients with hand traumaadmitted to the hospital from January to December 2020 were selected and divided into the experimental group(41 cases)and the control group(41 cases)according to the random number table method.The control group used routine nursing intervention,and the experimental group used staged rehabilitation nursing intervention.The pain visual analogue scale(VAS),World Health Organization's Quality of Life Questionnaire-Brief score,range of motion,finger function,and complications were compared between the two groups.Results At 1,3,5,and 7 days after surgery,the VAS scores of the experimental group were significantly lower than those of the control group,and the difference between the groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).After the intervention,the active range of motion of the finger joints,passive range of motion of the finger joints,and finger tatol active motion in the experimental group were greater than those in the control group,the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).After the intervention,compared with the control group,the psychological,physiological,social,and environmental scores of the experimental group were significantly higher,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).The complication rate in the experimental group was 7.32%,which was lower than the 26.84%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Staged rehabilitation nursing intervention can relieve postoperative pain symptoms of patients with hand trauma,improve their joint mobility and quality of life after surgery,and reduce the risk of postoperative complications.
