行动导向宣教联合快速康复护理在直肠癌患者中的应用效果

Application Effect of Action-Oriented Publicity and Education Combined with Rapid Rehabilitation Nursing in Patients with Rectal Cancer

目的研究行动导向宣教联合快速康复护理在直肠癌患者中的应用效果.方法选取2015年1月—2018年12月该院收治的100例直肠癌患者,将接受快速康复护理的直肠癌患者50例纳入对照组,将接受行动导向宣教联合快速康复护理的直肠癌患者50例纳入观察组.观察对比两组术后胃肠道功能恢复情况(首次造口排气时间、首次进食时间)及干预前后自我护理能力量表评分.结果观察组术后首次造口排气时间、首次进食时间均短于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).干预后,两组自我护理技能、健康知识水平、自护责任感、自我概念评分均高于各组干预前,且观察组上述各项评分均高于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论行动导向宣教联合快速康复护理在直肠癌患者中的应用效果显著,可提高患者的自我护理能力,促进其术后胃肠道功能恢复.

Objective To study the application effect of action-oriented publicity and education combined with rapid rehabilitation nursing in patients with rectal cancer.Methods A total of 100 rectal cancer patients admitted to the hospital from January 2015 to December 2018 were selected.50 rectal cancer patients receiving rapid rehabilitation nursing were included in the control group,and 50 rectal cancer patients receiving action-oriented publicity and education combined with rapid rehabilitation nursing were included in the observation group.Observe and compare the recovery of gastrointestinal function(time of first stoma,time of first meal)and exercise of self-care agency score before and after intervention between the two groups.Results The time of first stoma and first meal in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).After the intervention,the self-care skills,health knowledge level,self-care responsibility,and self-concept scores of the two groups were higher than those before the intervention,and the scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of action-oriented publicity and education and rapid rehabilitation nursing in patients with rectal cancer has a significant effect,which can improve the patient's self-care ability and promote the recovery of gastrointestinal function after surgery.
