小儿碳酸钙D_(3)颗粒治疗小儿维生素D缺乏性佝偻病的疗效分析 被引量:1

Analysis of the Curative Effect of Pediatric Calcium Carbonate D_(3)Granules in the Treatment of Children with Vitamin D Deficiency Rickets

摘要 目的分析小儿碳酸钙D_(3)颗粒治疗小儿维生素D缺乏性佝偻病的疗效.方法选取2019年7月—2020年3月于该院接受治疗的90例维生素D缺乏性佝偻病患儿,随机分为观察组和对照组,各45例.对照组接受口服醋酸钙颗粒治疗,观察组接受口服碳酸钙D_(3)颗粒治疗.比较两组疗效、血清Ca^(2+)、25-羟维生素D_(3)[25-(OH)D_(3)]、骨密度水平.结果治疗后,观察组的总有效率明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).治疗前,两组的血清Ca^(2+)、25-(OH)D_(3)、骨密度水平比较,组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,观察组的血清Ca^(2+)、25-(OH)D_(3)、骨密度水平均明显高于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论小儿碳酸钙D_(3)颗粒对维生素D缺乏性佝偻病患儿的疗效显著,能有效提高患儿的血钙水平,促进成骨发育,具有安全性高、易吸收的特点. Objective To analyze the curative effect of children's calcium carbonate D_(3)granules in the treatment of children's vitamin D deficiency rickets.Methods A selection of 90 children with vitamin D deficiency rickets who were admitted to the hospital from July 2019 to March 2020 were randomly divided into an observation group and a control group,with 45 cases in each group.The control group received oral calcium acetate granules treatment,and the observation group received oral calcium carbonate D_(3)granules treatment.The efficacy,serum Ca^(2+),25-hydroxyvitamin D_(3)[25-(OH)D_(3)]and bone mineral density levels were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,the serum Ca^(2+),25-(OH)D_(3)and bone mineral density levels of the two groups were compared,and there was no statistically significant difference between the groups(P>0.05);after treatment,the serum Ca^(2+),25-(OH)D_(3)and bone mineral density levels of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group,and the difference between the groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Pediatric Calcium Carbonate D_(3)Granules are effective in treating children with vitamin D deficiency rickets,which can effectively increase their blood calcium levels and promote osteogenesis.It has the characteristics of high safety,easy absorption.
