平颤柔筋颗粒对帕金森病患者运动功能的影响

The Effect of Pingchan Roujin Granule in Motor Function Fluctuation of Parkinson's Disease Patients with Yin Deficiency of Liver and Kidney

目的观察平颤柔筋颗粒对帕金森病(parkinson's disease,PD)患者运动功能的影响.方法选择2015年2月—2016年2月贵阳中医学院第一附属医院神经内科收治的60例肝肾阴虚型PD患者为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分成观察组和对照组,各30例.两组均采用抗PD西药治疗,观察组采用平颤柔筋颗粒,对照组采用安慰剂,连续治疗3个月.比较两组临床疗效、病情程度、运动功能障碍情况及不良反应.结果观察组的临床总有效率达80.00%,明显高于对照组的53.33%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).治疗后,观察组的统一帕金森病评定量表评分、帕金森病运动功能评定量表评分及"开"期潜伏期均低于对照组,"开"期持续时间长于对照组,且观察组的不良反应发生率显著低于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论平颤柔筋颗粒在改善肝肾阴虚型PD患者运动功能障碍方面疗效优于单纯西药治疗,且安全性高.

Objective To observe the effect of pingchan roujin granules on motor function in patients with Parkinson's disease(PD).Methods 60 patients with PD of liver-kidney yin deficiency type admitted to the department of neurology of the first affiliated hospital of guiyang college of traditional Chinese medicine from february 2015 to february 2016 were selected for the study,and were divided into observation and control groups according to the random number table method,with 30 cases each.Both groups were treated with anti-PD western medicine,the observation group with pingchan roujin granules and the control group with placebo,both groups were treated continuously for 3 months.To compare the clinical outcomes,degree of disease,motor dysfunction and adverse effects between the two groups.Results The total clinical efficacy of the observation group reached 80.00%,which was significantly higher than the 53.33%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the unified Parkinson's disease rating scale score,motor dysfunction rating scale for Parkinson's disease score and the"open"period incubation period in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the"open"period lasted longer than the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The efficacy of pingchan roujin granules in improving motor dysfunction in PD patients with liver-kidney yin deficiency type is better than that of Western medicine alone,and the safety of the treatment is high.
