经穴推拿结合针灸对椎动脉型颈椎病的疗效及对疼痛评分、睡眠质量的影响

Effect of Acupoint Massage Combined with Acupuncture on Vertebral Artery Type Cervical Spondylosis and its Effect on Pain Score and Sleep Quality

目的分析经穴推拿结合针灸治疗椎动脉型颈椎病的效果及其对疼痛评分、睡眠质量的影响.方法选取该院2020年7月—2021年4月收治的80例椎动脉型颈椎病患者为研究对象,随机分为两组,每组40例.对照组患者采用针灸治疗,观察组患者采用经穴推拿结合针灸治疗.比较两组患者的治疗效果、疼痛评分、睡眠质量评分及肩颈疼痛及眩晕等症状发生率.结果比较两组患者的疗效,观察组的95.00%高于对照组的80.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).比较两组患者治疗前的疼痛视觉模拟评分(visual analogue scale,VAS),差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组患者治疗后的VAS评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).比较两组患者治疗前的匹兹堡睡眠质量指数量表(Pittsburgh sleep quality index,PSQI)评分,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组患者治疗后的PSQI评分明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).治疗前,两组患者的肩颈疼痛及眩晕发生率比较,组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,观察组患者的肩颈疼痛及眩晕发生率均低于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论椎动脉型颈椎病患者采用经穴推拿结合针灸治疗,能够有效提升疗效,缓解疼痛,改善睡眠质量,值得临床推广使用.

Objective To analyze the effect of acupoint massage combined with acupuncture on vertebral artery type cervical spondylosis and its effect on pain score and sleep quality.Methods A total of 80 patients with vertebral artery cervical spondylosis admitted to the hospital from July 2020 to April 2021 were selected as the research objects,and were randomly divided into two groups,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with acupuncture,and the observation group was treated with acupoint massage combined with acupuncture.The treatment effect,pain score,sleep quality score and the inaden of shoulder and neck pain and dizziness were compared between the two groups.Results Comparing the efficacy of the two groups of patients,95.00%of the observation group was higher than 80.00%of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Comparing the pain visual analogue scale(VAS)of the two groups of patients before treatment,the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05);the VAS score of the observation group after treatment was significantly lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Comparing the Pittsburgh sleep quality index(PSQI)scores of the two groups before treatment,the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05);the PSQI score of the observation group after treatment was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,the incidence of shoulder and neck pain and dizziness between the two groups was compared,and the difference between the groups was not statistically significant(P>0.05);after treatment,the incidence of shoulder and neck pain and dizziness in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the difference between the groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Acupoint massage combined with acupuncture can effectively improve the curative effect,relieve pain and improve sleep quality in patients with vertebral artery cervical spondylosis,which is worthy of clinical application.
