摘要
目的探究电针夹脊穴联合主动康复训练对腰椎间盘突出症患者腰部功能的影响.方法选取该院2020年7月—2021年2月收治的122例腰椎间盘突出症患者为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组61例.对照组采用主动康复训练,观察组在此基础上采用电针夹脊穴疗法.比较两组腰部功能、腰椎背伸力量、腰椎活动度及血清炎性因子水平.结果干预前,两组的Oswestry功能障碍指数问卷表评分及日本骨科协会评估表评分及比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后,观察组的Oswestry功能障碍指数问卷表评分低于对照组,日本骨科协会评估表评分高于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).干预前,两组的腰部背伸力量及腰椎活动度评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后,观察组的腰部背伸力量及腰椎活动度评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).干预前,两组的各项血清炎性因子水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后,观察组的肿瘤坏死因子-α、白细胞介素-6水平均低于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论电针夹脊穴联合主动康复训练能够有效提高腰椎间盘突出症患者腰部背伸力量及腰椎活动度,减轻炎症反应,促进腰部功能改善.
Objective To explore the effect of electroacupuncture at jiaji points combined with active rehabilitation training on lumbar function in patients with prolapse of lumbar intervertebral disc.Methods 122 patients with prolapse of lumbar intervertebral disc admitted to the hospital from July 2020 to February 2021 were selected for the study,and were divided into a control group and an observation group according to the random number table method,with 61 cases in each group.The control group used active rehabilitation training,while the observation group used electroacupuncture at jiaji points therapy on this basis.Compared lumbar function,lumbar back extension strength,lumbar activity range and the levels of serum inflammatory factor between the two groups.Results Before the intervention,there was no statistically significant difference between the two groups in terms of the Oswestry disability index scores and the Japan orthopaedic association scores(P>0.05).After the intervention,the Oswestry disability index scores were lower than those of the control group,and the Japan orthopaedic association scores were higher than that of the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Before the intervention,there was no statistically significant difference in the lumbar back extension strength and lumbar mobility between the two groups(P>0.05).After the intervention,the lumbar back extension strength and lumbar mobility scores were higher in the observation group than in the control group,with a statistically significant difference(p<0.05).Before the intervention,there was no statistically significant difference in the levels of various serum inflammatory factors between the two groups(P>0.05).After the intervention,the levels of tumour necrosis factor-αand interleukin-6 in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of electroacupuncture at jiaji points and active rehabilitation training can effectively improve the lumbar back extension strength and lumbar mobility,reduce the inflammatory response and promote the improvement of lumbar function in patients with prolapse of lumbar intervertebral disc.
