摘要
目的探讨低频重复经颅磁刺激(low frequency repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation,LF-rTMS)联合针刺疗法对痉挛型脑瘫患儿康复的影响.方法选择2019年1月—2020年12月该院收治的小儿痉挛型脑瘫患儿60例为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,各30例.两组均接受常规康复训练,在此基础上,对照组采用LF-rTMS法干预,观察组采用LF-rTMS联合针刺疗法干预.比较两组干预前后的肌张力[改良Ashworth痉挛量表(modified Ashworth scale,MAS)]及运动功能[粗大运动功能评估表-88(gross motor function measure-88,GMFM-88)].结果干预前,两组的MAS、GMFM-88评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后,两组的MAS、GMFM-88评分均优于干预前,且观察组的MAS评分(1.52±0.33)分低于对照组,GMFM-88评分(27.46±2.29)分高于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论LF-rTMS联合针刺疗法治疗小儿痉挛型脑瘫的疗效确切,可降低患儿肌张力,改善运动功能.
Objective To explore the effect of low frequency repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation(LF-rTMS)combined with acupuncture on the rehabilitation of children with spastic cerebral palsy.Methods From January 2019 to December 2020,60 children with pediatric spastic cerebral palsy admitted to the hospital were selected as the research objects,and they were divided into a control group and an observation group using a random number table method,with 30 cases in each group.Both groups received routine rehabilitation training.On this basis,the control group was treated with LFrTMS intervention,and the observation group was treated with LF-rTMS combined acupuncture therapy.The muscle tension[modified Ashworth scale(MAS)]and motor function[gross motor function measure-88(GMFM-88)]before and after intervention were compared between the two groups.Results Before the intervention,the MAS and GMFM-88 scores of the two groups were not statistically different(P>0.05);after the intervention,the MAS and GMFM-88 scores of the two groups were better than those before the intervention,and the MAS score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the MAS score(1.52±0.33)points of the observation group was lower than the control group,and the GMFM-88 score(27.46±2.29)points was higher than the control group,and the difference between the groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion LF-rTMS combined with acupuncture has a definite curative effect in the treatment of children with spastic cerebral palsy,which can reduce the children's muscle tension and improve motor function.
