摘要
目的分析基于知信行的健康教育模式在急性胰腺炎患者中的应用效果.方法选取2020年1月—2021年2月该院消化内科收治的150例急性胰腺炎患者,按照随机数字表法分为两组,各75例.对照组采用常规干预,研究组采用基于知信行的健康教育模式.比较两组干预前后的健康知识掌握情况、自我护理能力、疾病应对方式、健康行为、并发症发生率.结果干预后,研究组健康知识掌握率、各项自我护理能力量表评分、各项健康促进生活方式量表评分均比对照组高,医学应对方式问卷评分中面对评分比对照组高,屈服、回避评分均比对照组低,组间差异无统计学意义(P<0.05).两组并发症发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).结论针对急性胰腺炎患者实施基于知信行的健康教育模式,有利于提高患者的健康知识掌握水平,增强自护能力,促进健康行为,使其积极应对疾病治疗,降低并发症发生风险.
Objective To analyze the application effect of health education model based on knowledge,belief,practice in patients with acute pancreatitis.Methods A selection of 150 patients with acute pancreatitis admitted to the department of gastroenterology of the hospital from January 2020 to February 2021 were divided into two groups according to the random number table method,with 75 cases in each group.The control group adopted routine intervention,and the study group adopted a health education model based on knowledge,belief,behavior.The health knowledge mastery,self-care ability,disease coping style,health behavior,and complication rate of the two groups before and after intervention were compared.Results After intervention,the study group’s health knowledge mastery rate,various exercise of self-care agency scores,and various health promotion lifestyle profile scores were all higher than those of the control group,in the medical coping modes questionnaire score,the face score was higher than that of the control group,and the yield and avoidance scores were lower than those the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of complications between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The implementation of a health education model based on knowledge,belief and behavior for patients with acute pancreatitis is conducive to improving patients'health knowledge mastery,enhancing self-care ability,promoting healthy behaviors,enabling them to actively respond to disease treatment and reducing the risk of complications.
