Objective To analyze the effect of TCM rehabilitation in patients with shoulder and hand syndrome after stroke. Methods 76 patients with post-stroke shoulder and hand syndrome admitted to the hospital from January 2020 to January 2021 were selected as the research objects, and they were randomly divided into two groups, with 38 cases in each group. The control group received conventional rehabilitation treatment, and the observation group received TCM rehabilitation treatment on this basis. The clinical efficacy, upper limb motor function and Ashworth rating of the two groups before and after intervention were compared. Results Before treatment, there were no significant differences in upper limb motor function score and Ashworth rating between the two groups(P>0.05);after treatment, the upper limb movement score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, and Ashworth rating was lower than that of the control group, the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the observation group was 97.37%,higher than 73.69%of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion TCM rehabilitation for patients with post-stroke shoulder and hand syndrome can improve the function of shoulder and arm and Ashworth rating, improve the efficacy, and is worthy of clinical application.
