补中益气汤加减联合生物反馈电刺激治疗产后盆底功能障碍的临床疗效分析

Analysis of Clinical Efficacy of Modified Buzhong Yiqi Decoction Combined with Biofeedback Electrical Stimulation in the Treatment of Postpartum Pelvic Floor Dysfunction

目的探讨产后盆底功能障碍患者采用补中益气汤加减联合生物反馈电刺激治疗的临床效果.方法选择2014年1月—2020年12月该院收治的产后盆底功能障碍患者60例,以随机数表法进行分组,对照组30例采用生物反馈电刺激治疗,试验组30例则在对照组的基础上采用补中益气汤加减治疗.比较两组临床疗效,分别于治疗前后检测两组患者快肌收缩肌电最大值、10 s与60 s慢肌收缩肌电平均值来评估盆底肌力变化,并对比治疗前后两组患者并发症发生率.结果试验组治疗总有效率为96.67%,高于对照组的73.33%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).治疗后,试验组尿失禁、阴道壁松弛、子宫脱垂发生率分别为0.00%、6.67%、0.00%,均低于对照组的20.00%、26.67%、20.00%,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).治疗后,试验组快肌收缩肌电最大值、10 s与60 s慢肌收缩肌电平均值分别为(33.05±10.03)μV、(24.78±5.43)μV、(22.18±4.77)μV,均大于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论产后盆底功能障碍患者在常规生物反馈电刺激治疗的基础上联合采用补中益气汤加减,可提高治疗效果,增强患者产后盆底肌力,降低并发症发生率.

Objective To explore the clinical effects of modified Buzhong Yiqi Decoction combined with biofeedback electrical stimulation in patients with postpartum pelvic floor dysfunction.Methods From January 2014 to December 2020,60 patients with postpartum pelvic floor dysfunction admitted to the hospital were selected and grouped by random number table.30 cases in the control group were treated with biofeedback electrical stimulation,and 30 cases in the experimental group were treated with modified Buzhong Yiqi Decoction on the basis of the control group.Compare the clinical efficacy of the two groups,the maximum value of myoelectricity for fast muscle contraction and the average value of myoelectricity for slow muscle contraction in 10 s and 60 s were measured before and after treatment to assess the changes in pelvic floor muscle strength,the complication rates of the two groups of patients before and after treatment were compared.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the experimental group was 96.67%,which was higher than 73.33%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the incidences of urinary incontinence,vaginal wall relaxation,and uterine prolapse in the experimental group were 0.00%,6.67%,and 0.00%,respectively,which were lower than 20.00%,26.67%,and 20.00%of the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the maximum value of myoelectricity for fast muscle contraction and the average value of myoelectricity for slow muscle contraction in 10 s and 60 s of the experimental group were(33.05±10.03)μV,(24.78±5.43)μV,and(22.18±4.77)μV,respectively,which were larger than those of the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In patients with postpartum pelvic floor dysfunction,the combined use of modified Buzhong Yiqi Decoction on the basis of conventional biofeedback electrical stimulation therapy can improve the treatment effect,strengthen the patient’s postpartum pelvic floor muscle strength,and reduce the incidence of complications.
