肌电生物反馈疗法在痉挛型脑性瘫痪患儿康复治疗中的应用效果研究

摘要 目的分析肌电生物反馈疗法在痉挛型脑性瘫痪患儿康复治疗中的应用效果.方法选择2018年1月—2020年10月该院收治的100例痉挛型脑性瘫痪患儿作为研究对象,将其随机分为对照组和试验组,每组50例.对照组采用常规康复治疗,试验组在对照组基础上联合肌电生物反馈疗法治疗.对比两组的治疗效果.结果治疗后,试验组粗大运动功能测试量表中D项和E项评分均明显高于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).试验组踝关节活动度明显大于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论肌电生物反馈疗法应用在痉挛型脑性瘫痪儿童康复治疗中,可以增强患儿的运动功能,扩大踝关节活动度,具有临床借鉴意义. Objective To analyze the application effect of electromyography biofeedback therapy in the rehabilitation of children with spastic cerebral palsy.Methods From January 2018 to October 2020,100 children with spastic cerebral palsy were selected as the research objects,and they were randomly divided into a control group and a test group,with 50 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional rehabilitation,and the test group was treated with electromyographic biofeedback therapy on the basis of the control group.Compare the treatment effects of the two groups.Results After treatment,the scores of items D and E in the gross motor function measure of the test group were significantly higher than those of the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).The ankle range of motion in the experimental group was significantly greater than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of electromyographic biofeedback therapy in the rehabilitation of children with spastic cerebral palsy can enhance the children's motor function and expand the ankle joint range of motion,which has clinical significance.
