阶段性康复干预对手外伤行带蒂皮瓣移植术后患者康复效果的影响研究

Study on the Effect of Phased Rehabilitation Intervention on the Rehabilitation Effect of Patients with Hand Trauma after Pedicled Skin Flap Transplantation Surgery

目的探讨阶段性康复干预在手外伤行带蒂皮瓣移植术后患者中的应用效果.方法选取2019年3月—2020年5月该院收治的86例手外伤患者为研究对象,按随机数字表法分为两组,各43例.两组均采取带蒂皮瓣移植术治疗,对照组接受术后常规康复干预,试验组接受术后阶段性康复干预,均持续干预8周,并随访至术后6个月.对比两组干预前后的手部功能、日常生活能力、生活质量.结果干预后,试验组总主动活动度大于对照组,明尼苏达手灵巧度测试时间短于对照组,普渡手精细运动评定根数多于对照组,日常生活活动能力评定量表、生活质量综合评定问卷-74评分均高于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论阶段性康复干预在手外伤行带蒂皮瓣移植术后患者中的应用效果确切,能够改善患者的手部功能,使其尽早恢复正常生活.

Objective To explore the effect of phased rehabilitation intervention in patients with hand trauma after pedicled skin flap transplantation surgery.Methods A total of 86 hand trauma patients admitted to the hospital from March 2019 to May 2020 were selected as the research subjects,and were divided into two groups according to the random number table method,with 43 cases in each group.Both groups were treated with pedicled skin flap transplantation surgery.The control group received routine postoperative rehabilitation intervention,and the experimental group received postoperative stage rehabilitation intervention.Both continued intervention for 8 weeks and were followed up to 6 months after surgery.The hand function,ability of daily living,and quality of life before and after the intervention were compared between the two groups.Results After the intervention,the tatol active motion in the test group was greater than that in the control group,and the Minnesota manual dexterity test time was shorter than that in the control group,the root number of purdue pegboard test in the experimental group was more than that in the control group,and the scores of activity of daily living rating scale and generic quality of life inventory-74 were higher than those of the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The staged rehabilitation intervention has a definite application effect in patients with hand trauma after pedicled skin flap transplantation surgery,which can improve the patient's hand function and enable them to return to normal life as soon as possible.
